08-03-2026These are the only workout shorts I buy. I love them! Stretchy, good compression, stay in place, pockets, high waisted, smooth seams, great colors and patterns. They can't be beat for the active woman who wants it all to stay covered.I'm 5'4" 135# wear a Large 8" inseam. I use them for running, walking, yoga, HIIT, pickleball, gym workouts, absolutely every activity I do except biking. If they had a padded version, I'd certainly try them. I have over 6 pairs of various colors.When I've not liked a pattern or fit, easy returns and refunds, never a hassle. Give these shorts a try.

08-03-2026The second pair I bought and I plan on buying more. I love the colors and colors he fit. The material is thick and keeps everything in place with some give/ stretchiness but, not too much. I love the length because it keeps me from chaffing while doing my workouts. The material is smooth and so silky to the touch. I’ve washed them several times and have not had an issue with them shrinking. They are put together well.

08-03-2026I've purchased yoga (biker) shorts from many companies...all on Amazon. A few are way too thin, and others just don't fit right even though I have a normal figure. These are just outstanding. I love the patterns especially....very different and very attractive. Also love the plain colors, which especially are helpful when I have a patterned top to wear with them. The fabric is slightly heavier and they have excellent stretchiness as long as you're purchasing near your size. They are soft, wash wonderfully, and they caused me to stop buying from all the other companies. Every spring or every so often they have another pattern, so I keep an eye on them. I wear them for everyday quite frequently as they have those wonderful side pockets that will hold a cell phone and make life a lot easier if you're running errands, too. Love this product. Love this company.

08-03-20262x with a 10in inseam was a great fit at 280lbs, height 5'3, an hourglass shape, my hips are 60" and my waist is 44". I was looking for compression-ish type shorts and these provide some compression without being uncomfortable. The stitching could be better. The shorts went just above my knee and didn't cut into my skin. Pockets are great. Love the high waist. Great workout pants. I recommend.

08-03-2026I ordered a large because that’s what the size chart suggested, but they were too tight so I returned for an XL. This size fits really well and I wear them for working out and walking. They are super comfortable and have pockets and come right above my knees. These could be worn for anything, sleeping or just everyday.
