This bench arrived fully assembled. All I needed to do was take it out of the box, unfold it, insert 3 locking pins at 3 designated positions, and start using it. It seems to be reliable and effective. The bench is from an unknown manufacturer but offers great quality. For the low price, it was money well spent.

Very impressed so far. The bench came mostly assembled -- the legs needed to be attached and the foot holding bar. All the necessary hardware was included and very easy to assemble.There was a slight wobble initially that turned out to be because I had not fully tightened the bolts for the legs. Was very sturdy after that. The bench is a little on the narrow side, so that could present some stability issues where the whole bench could tip over. But that's the trade off for getting a more compact bench.the seat and back adjustments are both very smooth and easy to operate. The spring lock pins easily lock and unlock the positions.The foot holding bar has a number of adjustment options.Overall this seems great for the price. I think it will be great for dumbbells and similar types of exercises.

Decent for the price, but I don't find it very comfortable. It's lower than I like, and the gap in the bed is too wide.

This Bench is easy to assemble. It is solid and I believe it will last long. It can be easily adjusted and comfortable to use. Right size to be used in my basement.
