I've tried several different whole house water filter systems and this is by far my favorite. To keep this short I'll give you a quick overview. A lot of these systems leak it's one of the most common problems. The weak point is the connection ports. To fix that problem on this system they use brass threads which is strong and prevents cracks and leaks. The second common problem is reduced flow rates over time. This system can flow up to 15 GPM which is higher than most. This allows for the system over time to keep filtering and not have a noticeable reduction in pressure or flow. That also saves money in filter changes. My water quality with this system and paired with the HQUA UV filter is incredible! No smells, bad tastes or anything floating in the water. After having a water test I've removed all the problems and now my water is in spec with state guidelines. The best part is it tastes great and I know my family is safe drinking it.Features:High Flow Quality Filters: The most important thing is obviously the filters. This system uses a Sediment Filter which strips solids before they get to the second filter. The second filter GAC + KDF removes heavy metals which are common in well water and city water. The third filter will clean up odor's, color and the big one chlorine found in almost all city water sources.Oil Filled Pressure Gauges for each filter: These are industrial quality gauges that allow you to monitor the pressures coming out of each filter. This will tell you if you have a loss in pressure and which filter needs replacing. They thought about everything and even prewrapped the threads with Teflon tape.Filter Drains: Each filter housing has a drain at the bottom that allows you to drain sediment that can prematurely clog your filters up. You can also purge the filters under pressure to clean them off which gets you a longer filter life.Red Purge Buttons: Each filter has a red air purge button at the top to blead off air in the system.Reversable In/out flow: This system allows you to change the in/out location to make installation easier depending on your current plumbing.Extra Gaskets: The system comes with extra gaskets and even includes the silicone lubricant to save you money.Fittings: They include 3/4" and 1" fittings for installation so you save money again on the parts.Cleaning Brush and Wrench: This is the only kit I've seen that includes a cleaning brush for the filter housings. You also get the wrench to remove the heavy duty filter housings.Instruction Manual: Large Print, Easy to Follow, Pictures, Trouble Shooting. It's all included in the instructions I was impressed with the attention they put into this to make it easy to understand and install this system.Customer Service: Here is one thing you may not know you need until you need it. I've reached out to customer service and had an answer in less than 24 hours. HQUA stands behind their products and wants you to be happy. This is my second filter from them.
Very high quality! Highly recommended!
This is one of the best water filters that I have used in my past years easy assembly. The water is perfect and you can put it inside or outside. You will get clean crisp water from the tap no smell, no taste and ice cubes a much clearer. You won’t be sorry this system has 3 filters three of them you get Three filters 20 inches tall 5 inches around and delivers awesome water. I would recommend this whole house, water filtration system or anyone that’s looking for totally clean water for the whole family.Thank you Mr TThank you.
My honest take on this whole house water filter system. I did a lot of research and ended up going with this one because it seemed like the best deal for the quality. The parts feel durable, the housings are heavy duty, the oil filled pressure gauges are a nice touch, and the fittings and packaging were all solid.I had a plumber install it, and he was impressed with the overall build. I also bought a separate pre-filter to catch anything larger than 50 microns before it hits the main filter system.Once we turned the water on and switched off bypass, all three filter housings started leaking. We took everything apart, checked the seals, applied the included silicone grease, and reassembled it. Still leaking!!!Eventually, we noticed three extra O rings that weren’t mentioned in the main instructions. After digging into the troubleshooting guide, we saw a note saying each housing needs two O rings. Once we added the second O rings and put everything back together, the leaks stopped.A few things are still worth pointing out:1. After about 12 hours, I still see a small drip under one of the housings. It might mean an O ring didn’t seat correctly, so I’ll need to check it again.2. The instructions don’t clearly say you need two O rings per housing. That alone would have saved us a couple of hours.3. The labels on the cartridges aren’t adjustable. It’s hard to get them facing forward so they’re easy to read.4. We skipped the plastic fittings that came with the system and used brass with PEX crimping instead. I also recommend mounting a piece of plywood behind it and securing it to the studs for added strength. That makes the setup feel more like a permanent install, similar to a water heater. All that said, the water quality noticeably improved, and the pressure stayed the same. That was a big win. Also, the $50 pre-filter I added is already catching a lot of sediment, which will help extend the life of the main filters. That part was definitely worth it.I’m giving this four stars. It’s a great product and works well, but the instructions need work. A simple diagram or mention of the second O ring would’ve made a big difference. Still, I’d buy it again.
I couldn’t be happier with the HQUA WF3-01 3-Stage Whole House Water Filtration System! Installation was straightforward, and the difference in water quality was noticeable almost immediately. Our water now tastes cleaner, looks clearer, and even feels softer when washing dishes or showering. The system feels very solid and well-built.What really sets HQUA apart, though, is their customer service. They go above and beyond! When I had a small question about installation/leaking, their team responded quickly, sent a replacement, and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was working properly. It’s rare to find that level of care these days.Overall, I highly recommend this system to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality whole house water filtration system backed by a company that truly stands behind its product. Excellent product, excellent support, 100% worth it!

Then, HQUA was established, we aim to provide people, affordable, reliable, responsible products, and services for the water issues.
What problem are we solving? All our products focus on water issues, which mainly include indoor drinking water treatment issues, as well as outdoor pond water circulation, decoration, and swimming pool equipment.
