08-03-2026These are perfect for using the computer or being on the phone, before I Vought these glasses I would get horrible migraines from doing my work on the computer. They are not heavy, so you can take them anywhere. they fit just fine, and the size is perfect as well, it would fit anyone. I have had them for far for a good 6 months and they are still holding up strong! They do in fact block the blue light!
