Great and as described. Disclaimer; don't use alcohol based wipes to disinfect the touch pad. If you do, you will get these permanent tiny dots/bubbles afterwards that won't go away. Otherwise, this has been working great.

This laptop (64GB 2TB) is great and is a good buy. No heat issue like Intel processor.

I am absolutely LIVID!I paid for a laptop that will not work and they won't let me send it back, I've been trying to contact them for a half hour on the circus ride they are sending me on via voice mail, and I could spit nails right now.Update: After 2 hours of dealing with the HP runaround (including waiting 10 minutes between them answering in the chat, I found out how to contact Amazon. The customer service was really helpful and really fast! They contacted the seller and I expect a return label within 24-48 hours. I will update as events unfold.I would still like to have this laptop setup, but only a working one, please.Update: After four days, I still had not received a return label so I had to contact Amazon again. While I was on the chat with them, I finally received the label. So that was good. What is not good is that my entire business is still on hold because it is going to take two weeks for me to get a refund on this computer than I need to work on my business and fulfill my obligations. I am not very happy as this makes my business take a big hit. I do not anticipate buying from this seller again. I am disappointed that my money will take so long to be refunded by whoever has it. I will update once again when I have more news.

Have owned over a half dozen laptops so far. Couple of Asus, 2 Acers , a Surface Pro and this is my second HP! I guess I have been blessed, because they all have been everything I needed... but this one is so fast - it does s*$! before I even know I want to do it. Agree with other reviews about construction... thought I was not gonna like the plastic construction at first but I quickly became OK with it when I realized the weight difference it makes over metal construction.Contrary to reviews that claim you have to have a Microsoft Business Account to set this laptop up and use it, that is simply NOT true. I used my Microsoft personal account to do initial setup quickly and after a couple of hours went back and even deleted that, using a login and password that has nothing to do with Microsoft. Search "using Windows 11 without a Microsoft account". The answer is simple and changing initial setup takes less than 3 minutes. you can remove your already installed Microsoft Account and get away from the annoying BS that accompanies it.Basically this is a super-fast laptop that probably well exceeds your needs. I do a lot of Audio editing for broadcast and have zero problems with lag time. I consider it a great buy and unless you have really high workload demands, this computer will more that exceed your needs! I highly recommend.

El producto fue el solicitado. Es una HP 255 G10 - Laptop empresarial FHD de 15.6 pulgadas, AMD Ryzen 7 7730U, 32 GB de RAM 1 Tera. Arrancó y se actualizó sin inconvenientes. Está funcionando en prueba desde hace 2 días. Solo hubo un inconveniente respecto del tiempo de de entrega, que se resolvió adecuadamente. Quedé conforme. Esto es importante destacarlo porque poder resolver inconvenientes quizás tan importante como que las compras no tengan inconvenientes. Da confianza tanto en el vendedor como en Amazon.

La computadora no viene con el sistema operativo que menciona, dice tener Windows 11 y me llegó con el sistema operativo gratuito FreeDOS que no me sirve para nada, no es usable cuando llega y es necesario meter todo lo que ya debería tener instalado

At 1st I thought it was my mouse so I tried 4 other. No it (is) the laptop.Was on chat with an AI that had me try some things, but still doing the same thing.

I love HP laptops. This is my third (covering many years, because they last so long.) But I didn't give this one five stars because of the surprise I got when it arrived. The entire casing, except the touchpad, is textured. Usually I would have quotes and decorative stickers next to the touchpad, and a stick-on cover with perhaps a work of art (my last was The Irises by Van Gogh) on the lid. I can't do that with this laptop, so it is the most boring, dreary laptop I've ever had. Next time if I order one online, I am going to be sure there is no texturing.
