08-03-2026Man hat viele verschiedene Stellungen für die Griffe im Vergleich zu anderen Produkten. Das Brett wirkt Stabil und rutscht nicht auf dem Boden Rum. Die Zählfunktion funktioniert ebenfalls einwandfrei. Das mitgelieferte Zusatzmaterial (Gummibänder) habe ich bisher noch nicht im Einsatz gehabt diese wirken jedoch auch sehr Hochwertig. Wer Zuhause ohne großartige Geräte trainieren möchte sollte sich auf jeden Fall das Liegestützbrett besorgen.

08-03-2026I initially got this for myself to add some variety to my pushups. I love that the different positions are clearly labeled and you know exactly what part of your arms, back, and chest you will be working out. The counter is a nice addition but I don't use it much.I have been using the board and altering between different positions between sets to mix it up. I can work on my arms, then quickly switch over to my chest or back without losing my stride. It was nice that it came with resistance bands and wrist guards.The only problem I have had is my teenage son saw me using it and has now started using it as well. I might have to get another one so that I don't have to constantly ask him for it. We love it, and it has made our pushups more effective. Easy recommendation.
