Welcome to the new era of performance. AMD Ryzen 9000 Series ushers in the speed of “Zen 5” for gamers and creators with pure power to tackle any game or workflow on the digital playground.
PBO(Precision Boost Overdrive)は無効化し、Ecoモード65W設定+CO(Curve Optimizer)-30にて運用。 #PR
Great processor works great under load. Fast, powerful for demanding applications and perfect for high end gaming. Great compatibility. Stable processor. Definitely runs a hot. Get a good cooling solution.
Good.
This CPU has handled everything I've thrown at it. 4k gaming, VR, AI workloads, high-bitrate video encoding, streaming, and (almost) all at the same time. I've had no stability issues or signs of excess heating (I'm using a no-name AIO cooler with 3x120mm fans); really, it's more CPU than I need even with the aforementioned tasks all at once. 12 fast cores, baby! This certainly isn't the least expensive CPU around, but neither does it command a premium price. It's well worth what I paid for, and I doubt I'll need to upgrade anything for several years. AMD is definitely winning the desktop CPU game here, and for someone wanting a strong, all-around PC I can't think of anything better for the money.
If you are not familiar with Amazon Vine, it is basically Amazon trading free* products for honest reviews. You see a lot of Vine reviews that are cookie cutter and based on templates. I aim to make my reviews honest and non-cookie cutter (other than this intro and disclaimer).* These items are not actually free as Vine members pay income tax on the items they receive. Therefore, I will never order something from Vine unless I actually intend to use it. I think this is important for readers to understand because it means I will never order an item just to provide a fake five star review to a company. If I review something as good, it means I actually enjoyed using it or it fills its intended purpose correctly. Items that don't meet my expectations will be reviewed accordingly. Why I ordered this item: My AMD 5700x was having a hard time keeping up with my audio production needs. This CPU went on sale so I jumped on it.Likes:* This processor offers pretty extreme performance. Twelve full-featured cores is absolutely bonkers on a CPU that was on sale for $370.* This thing absolutely churns through Ableton. I can have 30 tracks with multiple plugins and effects on each one, and this CPU does not break 10% usage. I don't know how that is possible considering how hard the same song was on my old 5700x. It's the most powerful CPU I have ever used.* I have had no operational issues with this CPU at all. Everything on my new PC runs smoothly. Games are glassy and productivity apps are rock solid. No likes:* This CPU can get hot. I knew that going in and bought an adequate cooler. Still, it's something to consider.Would I pay full price for this product: I would pay the $370 I paid again because this processor is awesome.Final thoughts: I'm very happy with my choice on this processor. I had a lot of options and almost went with an X3D model, but I don't game much any more and I knew this would be better for audio production. One word of advice - if you are considering this CPU vs an Intel option, know that AMD processors have full-fledged cores while Intel uses Performance and Efficiency cores. Efficiency cores are not as powerful as the full featured cores AMD offers, so in multithreaded applications in general, AMD offers a more powerful experience when comparing similar core counts to Intel.
I was hesitant to switch from my Intel I9 to a Ryzen CPU, but I really shouldn't have been. It functions as good, if not faster in some sections than my Intel chip. Installation is easy as ever; the CPU power is incredible both in TDP and in processing speed and it doesn't run hot at all. It's an all-around beast.
WOW, was debating some other chips and looking into overclocking and also making sure I dont bottle neck anything this was what I landed on. I paired it with a 7900xt and don't get any issues in bottle necking and the AMD on AMD boosts my OC ability. I will say that AMD is pretty Hot out the gates BUT they under tune all chips to work with a stock air cooler. THAT being said I originally paired this with a 420mm AIO, unfortunately when i did my build i did not like how the 420mm fit in my ceres 500 and went with a 360mm instead and stock THAT is plenty! at idiel I get around 37c and playing games like Fort, Marvel Rivals, delta force and Ready or Not I MAX out at like 60c running 2k or 4k and getting 120fps (2k) or 90-100fps (4k) (NOTE: i cap all frames at 120 unless i can push 144) ... after running it with Ryzen utility and doing a auto OC I get a boost in about 30-50 frames and NO temp difference for a budget CPU for gaming this one hits the mark perfectly!
I had an Intel core i7 14700kf but 14th gen intel is very unstable and crashes with everything so I switched to AMD it runs all games and programs well and it’s good for streaming but I do wish it had more cores for a Ryzen 9 when the Intel Core i5-14600K which is basically the lowest end cpu intel has from that gen (no one would buy an i3) has more cores but it’s easy to cool if you have an AIO and it’s powerful.
This CPU is a beast. Built a new setup with it for heavy workloads (editing, rendering, and a bit of gaming too), and the performance is just insane. It renders video in real time without any lag.I managed to overclock it no problem...it runs hot but with a good cooler (I’m using a asus 360mm AIO) it stays under control. No crashes or anything so far.Just make sure your motherboard supports it properly or you might run into issues. Other than that, it’s the kind of upgrade you feel right away. Totally worth it.
