08-03-2026After two disappointing attempts to purchase a less expensive machine from another seller, I decided to invest in this one to replace both my small convertible and my AIO windows 10 units. I was impressed with the packaging, including a cloth sleeve around the laptop which I will continue to use. Computer was easy to start and set up, noticably quicker than those it is replacing. I haven't used it extensively, but it was fully charged by the time setup and updates were completed. Display and sound are great. This computer was recommended to me by a store salesman, and though I could have probably waited a couple of weeks for a "deal,"my recent experiences prompted me to take advantage of this one while available.

08-03-2026Beautiful vibrant color display. Love the folding property. This is an excellent brand. Works very fast. No problems at all. Easy to set up. And this size is a perfect desk top dimension. The accompaniment pamphlet says It has a two year life. I prefer using a mouse with mine and had no issue what so ever.

08-03-2026I have had this computer for about a month now and I am not sorry I bought it. I just want to say that this product never stops trying to sell you more stuff. For example, Lenovo vantage will invite you to see the results of a security scan of some sort, and when you click on, it turns out to be a sales pitch for some type of app or another. Lenovo and Microsoft are the pushiest about it, but there are others too. Maybe that is what all new computers do these days. I have not bought one in a long time. Other than that, it is a nice computer. I never give five stars to any product. So, this four-star rating is my highest compliment. Just please let up on the pressure to buy more stuff, it's pretty annoying.

08-03-2026My perfect traveling companion and exactly what I wanted. Laptop and Tablet all in one device. I had been using a Microsoft Surface but, with it's tiny screen, it was hard for me to use. This 16" display is perfect for my 80 year old eyes. I can use it without glasses and being a laptop and tablet, I can accomplish all my tasks easily. My only desire, if I live live enough, is to get one with a SIM card slot so I don't need to use my phone as a hot spot when I have no access to WiFi.

08-03-2026Lenovo support is the worst I have ever experienced! My left and right click on my touchpad reversed and the pointer started highlighting and deleting things at random. They said my warranty was for only 30 days, and I have talked to other users who their warranty expired before they even got it.They forced me to pay them $100 to back up my files to do a factory reset and when that didn’t fix the problem they did everything they could to avoid fixing the hardware. Best Buy is a local repair and they said they had never heard of a 30 day warranty, nor had they had heard of tech-support charging For service services that should be available considering the laptop is less than six months old.
