She also feels like it's a great face and neck massager. I got this as a gift for her since she's always getting some type of lotion or nigh stuff on her face since we are getting old and like any other women she's trying to prevent that and this was a great option that she definitely loved.

It has 3 gentle vibration modes to massage the muscles with relaxing heat therapy. Comes with a USB charger. Nice ergonomic shape. I would say it's about the size of my hand (5inches), which makes it portable. Easy to stick in my makeup bag. Worthwhile because of the various ways that it promotes skin health. User-friendly.
