It heats up on the "hot" setting which feels nice. I'm not sure if the lights actually do anything, but there's lights. However, the vibration worked for a few minutes. It would vibrate when it touched my skin. Now it doesn't. I've been using it for a week daily. Since the first day, it doesn't do that. However, whether it's the new face products I've added to my daily facial care, or this thing, or combination, I have noticed improvement in tone, color and texture of my skin. I was looking for the vibration to help with lymph drainage though, so that's a bummer.

I really like this facial and neck massager! It’s very easy to use and feels super relaxing on the skin. The design fits perfectly around the neck and jawline, and the vibration helps improve circulation and reduce tension. I’ve been using it for a few days and already notice my skin feels smoother and tighter. It’s lightweight, rechargeable, and looks very elegant. Definitely a great addition to my skincare routine!

I recently started taking better care of myself and got this facial massager. It’s very easy to use—just turn it on and select the mode. Since I started using it, my skin feels softer and looks healthier

This machine just work well for 3 time only and now it can even be charged and is not turning on at all. And I can’t return it because my window to return it is closed

I bought this mostly for a massage experience on my neck, because I know that long slow strokes upward can be relaxing and can be great in reducing/preventing lines on thin skin there. In that way, this definitely does the job. Choose a nice moisturizer, watch some TV, and turn this on! (Some posts on IG talk about using devices like this for “lymphatic drainage” and actually use this in downward strokes on the neck, but so far I’m finding mixed research and reviews in that regard. Again, that’s not why I bought this.)I’m not sure the LED lights will make much of a difference over time. The surface area is quite small, and that assumes the light is actually functioning at the wavelength(s) as advertised, which I have no way of testing. If the lights work, that’s a bonus.Not sure why other reviews suggest that you can’t mix-and-max treatment types, because you can, you just have to cycle through the menu by pushing the button multiple times! For example, “low” power with red light and no heat takes three clicks of the button, while “high” power with red light and heat takes 15 clicks. (That’s really my only complaint: There are so many variations it takes a while to cycle through it all!)Also worth noting: I bought this specifically for my neck. I use a proven micro/nanocurrent tool on my face and am quite happy with that, but I wanted something inexpensive to encourage more upward massage on my neck. So yes, this is worth the $14.99 I paid for it.
