08-03-2026Husband has been looking into a Nordic bench for a while and this works great! Was a bit confused about the larger weight rack on the end, but figured out we didn’t need the larger end cap. I like that you can do multiple workouts on it!

08-03-2026I really did not expect to get all excited with this when I ordered it because the price seemed a little lower than I would have expected which to me would suggest it is lower quality. But gosh darn it I found it to be just the opposite. It is extremely solid, I weight 250 and it is very solid for me and does not shrug with my knees on it. I think you will be very surprised with this machine.

08-03-2026This machine with consistent use activated my hamstring muscles. I’ve struggled with squats; however this stimulates growth. Also you can feel the spine lengthen …. Correcting slouching mannerisms. Yeah, believe this freaked me out a little bit feeling it like the first time. Smile if you know what I mean. Yes, I stand a bit straighter and notice the leg and spine improvement. I’m fascinated by this. Cheers
