Appreciate that this can be used as a 4 way neck machine.

Great product, chains make a lot of noise but the device is well made and comfortable when adjusted.

I bought this for my husband and as he calls it, “the Cadillac of neck workouts” he has always used a variation of this weight trainer, but this one has so many different hook ups that he gets his neck and upper back muscles well. He is one happy guy! The topper was the metal weight holder so the eights aren’t swinging everywhere.

This is a beautifully well-made piece of equipment. Very solid quality, and made to tackle and train areas that can be difficult to properly train. I don't have a lot of experience with neck training, so I cannot give a proper comparison, but I will say that this is something that I will definitely be incorporating more of. The harness adjusts well around the head, and it includes chains and a charging pin to add weights, but it also comes with resistance bands to use instead, offering more options for your workouts.

Product is of great quality. Only thing I would like them to improve is that the gear has a strong rubber smell.

When I first held this harness in my hands I was really taken back by how well made it is; the straps, velcro, stitching and all the metal loops are top notch without any rough or sharp edges. Fitment was easy using the aforementioned velcro adjustments, there’s only 3 and you can fit it perfectly to your noggin. Once fitted I had to trim a bit of excess padding at the very top strap but after that it was really as comfy as a neck exerciser can be.The included carabiners and weight pin are heavy duty and well made, the bungee cords too - which are also useful for other exercises. Compared to my buddies Neck Flex device, well, just compare the metal D-rings and it tells you what you need to know; this is MUCH better quality, better fit and finish, looks/feels more thought out and intentional and like it should cost more but it doesn’t. This is really a great price for what you get.The neck is a hard body part to train properly, and as I get older I find I need to train this area to avoid injuries. Most gyms don’t have these types of harnesses for obvious hygiene reasons, so I really had no choice but to order my own, and I’m glad I went with this vs others out there… Though I will admit that when I’m using this harness, with its chains and straps, etc. makes me feel like an escapee from the Arkham Asylum (not a bad thing, think BANE!). I’ll get used to it though.Also, I was expecting a crappy bag like most companies include, but this one is actually nice and has a separate zipper pocket for the accessories. If you want to properly train your neck, this is it chief !

I'm seriously impressed with this neck trainer package!I built my own gym (literally made my own power rack) in my basement, and this was a welcome addition to my workout routine. I already did some neck training, but this trainer makes it way way easier to get proper, and safe movements so you don't hurt yourself. It helps to focus on the neck training/movements because I don't have to think as much about my previous, jerry-rigged set-up I was using.It's comfortable, durable and robust. The best part about it is the hanging weight bar you can put plates on can double for so many other exercises on my custom cable system I made, so it's honestly so useful for so many different things. I would not hesitate to recommend this to any of my buddies looking to expand their neck training or even just flexibility.

Works well and very comfortable. Glad I took the time to research and shop before buying. I spent just a small amount more than some of the other options available, but as it turns out, this was money well-spent. Also feels very durable -- quality construction. If you've tried other options, you know you just can't wrap a belt around your head, tie it to some weights and go; comfort, fit and design matter. This item is a win.

This harness adjusts reasonably well to my head. It is sturdy, with Velcro straps that hold everything together well.

I’ve been using this harness for a few weeks and it’s the most complete neck trainer I’ve tried. Putting it on is straightforward thanks to the velcro adjustments, and once tightened it stays put during resisted push-ups, plate-loaded flexion, and band work. The metal rings and loading pin feel rock-solid — no wobble or scary sharp edges — so I was comfortable adding progressive weight.The padding is thick and protective, but the material is somewhat stiff around the head. I found myself removing it between sets when workouts ran long. I also trimmed a tiny bit of excess at the top strap for a cleaner fit. The included bands are a nice touch for portable sessions, and the bag keeps everything together.If you want a heavy-duty, versatile tool to target neck and upper-back muscles, this does the job. Just be conservative with loading at first and expect a bit of break-in time for max comfort.

This is my 2nd neck trainer of this type, and I'm liking it so far. The padding is comfortable, and the design is simple and easy to use. I would like to have an attachment point on the top of the head, but other than that, I have no complaints.
