08-03-2026Works exactly as advertised. Was even able to connect to cable machine for neck side bends. Can for sure feel a difference when using, and my neck feels great now. Wouldn't suggest doing more than stability work with this though as the heavier weights make it more uncomfortable on the head with straps digging.

08-03-2026Very comfortable fit and sturdy build. I had a spinal fusion a few years ago and had poor luck with the typical PT, this actually adds a great deal of strength to the neck muscles and it’s one of the best ways to reduce strain.

08-03-2026For the price, it isn’t bad. My only complaint is it is a little big for smaller heads but you can make it work. I’ve only used up to 25lbs with it and it has no issues with that weight. I believe it will be fine for the short to medium term but when weights go up higher, will probably have to get a better made one. For just starting in neck training, it’s a very good deal and should work fine.

08-03-2026Works superbly well. Comfortable and easy to adjust. I try to spend an hour or two walking around with ten or fifteen pounds hanging from it. Doesn't cause hotspots or sore spots on my scalp or neck.
