This vest is very comfortable even as a bigger person, I found that it for snuggly and didn't irritate my shoulders as other ones have in the past. It's also easy to get on and off and has a pouch that you can attach to the side or wrap around your arm.

I started wearing this last week and I can feel the difference in my walks. I mainly feel it in my abs, so I know it's working on my core, without doing situps, which is a plus. It fits great. The phone didn't fit in the holder, but that's ok. There is a slight factory smell, but I'm hoping that will fade away over time. Working up go a higher weight soon.

I love this vest! The weight is equally distributed since it’s sand (or something similar) so I never experienced any back pain like I saw in other reviews. I wish there was a way to add additional weight to it. I got the 16lb ones and felt like I needed to add more after a couple of months.

This weighted vest is good quality and comfortable. I have the 20 lb. vest and use it daily on the treadmill. Adding the weight has kicked up my workout, helping to tone muscles and build endurance.

Love this vest. I dont use it in every session but I do use it often. The little bag/pocket is good for storing your keys and earbud case. If you have a big phone it may not fit. But personally I workout in basketball shorts with a pocket for thats fine. I use it both at the park or on the treadmill if I'm doing just cardio at the gym. Got the 20lb vest -40lbs later I still think thats the perfect amount of added resistance

I love this, my husband bought it for me as a gift for my birthday. The color is black. I'm petite but it fits me fine, for a non petite person it would still work. I love that has a pocket and I usually put my phone or water bottle in there. The weight is evenly distributed. It is easy to use and adjust. I haven't noticed any weird smells from it. Item was as described. I am a small women, 5 "4" and 112 lbs and the 6lb vest fit perfectly with one pull of the adjustable strap. I have used the vest a few times and very comfortable and easy to put on and take off the vest. It also came with a band for phone/keys.

Sturdy, well made, fits easily over winter coat. Using it to help build bone density. Comfortable to wear. Fully satisfied with this product.

Got the 8LB vest and it is very comfortable. It feels like you’re holding a toddler on your damn shoulders but it does the job! Nice snug fit, durable, great value for the money. No crazy smell, only slight factory scent.
