08-03-2026Muy bonito reloj, es el segundo Citizen ecodrive que tengo y el primero sigue funcionando después de más de 15 años, este en especial tiene un tono lavanda pálido MUY lindo, brillantes para señalar las horas, creí que el círculo exterior de los minutos se movía, pero no, es fijo. Tuve que ajustarlo, le quitaron 3 “cuadritos” para el tamaño de mi muñeca, por $50 pesos mexicanos MXN en el relojero, algunos comentaron que el extensible se les hacía de baja calidad, pero yo lo veo muy bien, el extensible se parece a un reloj náutica que tuve hace años y que perduró. Muy satisfecha con la compra, sí lo recomiendo.

08-03-2026I am very happy with this watch. The face I bought is purple. Different lighting conditions it can look purple, pink or light grey. Watch looks very nice. My friends like it. Citizen is a good brand. I have had a couple of their watches and they last a very long time. I bought a kit so I could size it myself. Love the watch and how it looks. The eco drive is nice so don’t have to have battery stop once a year and get it replaced for twenty dollars. Would buy again but with citizen I know I won’t have to any time soon.

08-03-2026A truly beautiful wristwatch. My GF loves it, in the ocean, the shower, in bed. The lume is amazing; she wears it to sleep so there's no more clock on the nightstand. Might surprise her with the pink one in February, but we'll see..She might get it before I do :)

Your Citizen Watch comes with a five-year, limited coverage. When you register your watch online or through App, you will receive an additional coverage year free, for a total of six years coverage.
How do I set my watch?
If you know your model number, go to our website and search or browse for your model. When you're on the product page, the setting instructions are listed at the bottom of the "features" section.
How do I get a manual for my watch?
Setting instructions can be accessed through our website and the My Citizen App (available for iOS and Android). To obtain the instructions specific to your watch, you will need to provide the Movement Caliber Number on your watch's caseback.
How can I get replacement strap or links for my watch?
Straps, bracelets and links may be available for certain Citizen watch models. To find out if a replacement strap or part is available for your Citizen Watch, please visit the portal.
