08-03-2026I wanted to take our 7 hour airline trip with two airport transfers each way before rating this item. At first I was a bit skeptical because the case felt a bit flimsy, but the lighter weight helps when trying to keep within the 50 lb limit. I was pleased to see that the luggage held up and still looks good. No damage. The zippers work decently and we even packed tightly. The combo lock is made out of plastic but still held and the dials were easy to set once the numbers were set. The large luggage is within TSA limits and all cases rolled very nice and smooth in the airports. The sizes are perfect for all that my husband and I needed to take on our trip and the smaller hard case fit perfectly under the airplane seat. I may buy another large suitcase buy itself just to have, one for my husband and I that are the same size.

08-03-2026I’ve had this for about a year now. It withstood 3 cruises and Italys streets. But sadly the wheel gave out on the hills of Seattle. If you want a suit case that goes the distance with you. This is it. The price is good the quality is good and my zippers held tight. Just be kinder to the wheels than I was.

08-03-2026Sure, they looked great in the pictures! We ordered the full set for our first vacation in six years. We used three of the five bags to fly from California to Hawaii and back. We made it back, the bags not so much. As we were packing, we realized very quickly that the interior zippers were simply for looks. All of the interior zippers on all three suitcases were broken before we even left. Not totally a problem, but not very convenient when you open the bag and half of your stuff comes flying out at you cause there’s nothing holding it in. We didn’t realize when we arrived at our destination that the wheels and corners were barely hanging on. By the time we returned home, at least two corners of each of the three bigger bags were cracked, and the wheels are now wobbly. I understand that for the price you can’t expect the world, but I truly had hoped that we would be able to make two or three vacations with these bags and sadly that will not be happening. Don’t buy these suitcases unless you are going to transport them in your own vehicle 100% of the time. Airline transport and these bags do not mix. We did give the suitcases one star for the color. That is the only positive I can come up with at this point. Would love to return them, but I’m pretty sure Amazon will say no. If you’re looking for a quality suitcase that you can use for more than one vacation, these are not that suitcase.

08-03-2026Update: customer service reached out about broken zipper and they were very helpful. Great company.Very pretty color and holds a lot. If flying it does get scuffed and dirty very easily and everything shows up. Disappointed with the large sized suitcase as I used it for the first time and the large pocket inside zipper broke and won't zip up and everything spills out. Its durable and held up flying from US to Italy but would purchase a darker color instead and not happy with the zipper breaking after one use.
