08-03-2026This winter jacket is fantastic! Great quality, reversible, sporty and stylish. I bought a 10-12 for my soon to be 9 yo grandson who is a little tall for his age and thin and it fits great. Bought the exact same jacket last year for another grand kid and they loved it too! Great buy and holds up well in the wash and weather!

08-03-2026My 7-year-old son is 4'5" 70 lbs. The size 10-12 is perfect, meaning it's just a tad bit loose fitting, so it will last through Spring if need be. It looks great on him and seems like it will be fantastic for our moderately snowy Utah winters. It is tagless due to being reversible, but since we likely won't reverse it, I just wrote his name in Sharpee on the inner fabric. He is picky about how his clothing feels (non-speaking autism), and this jacket must be comfy because he actually keeps it on. Great buy, especially for the price at around $50. Seems to be of great quality and one that we'll likely be able to donate in near perfect condition once he's outgrown it. The zipper works smoothly. I'll probably only spot clean this jacket unless something terrible happens, so I can't speak to its washability.

08-03-2026I ordered this for my son, who is going to be 9 yrs old as of today, 11/11/24. He weighs about 85 lbs and is 4’2” and the Large fits him with some room to grow! Regarding the title- it’s thick- yeah that’s no exaggeration! This will keep your kiddo warm when it’s coming down hard with snow and that winter wind is blowing! Now to just get the legs and head covered and we are good to go LOL! The quality is without question being Volcom, def a good brand and happy to have found it here on Amazon! Definitely recommend!!

I went a size up because my son is in between sizes. Its sleeves a a bit long but not sloppy or falling over his hands fits him nicely. Its soft and weight isn't heavy. Definitely would buy this coat or brand again. Not super expensive and durable .
