08-03-2026I can not give a 5 star , had missing screws, plastic cover with digital timer keeps falling off if touched, not recommended for big person so read carefully about the weight price could of been cheaper,

08-03-2026This is a nice little gadget to workout the abdominal area. I don’t want something that takes up a lot of space and I love the fact that I can folded it easily, that way when I am not using it, it is out of the way. This is difficult to do at first since I do not have much core strength but once I got the hang of it I’m fine. Like once you got the momentum going, it’s easier to do the rest. And It is pretty tiring like a full body workout even though it look like a simple movement. I’m tired after a few rounds, gotta do more to build the muscle! The hanging shelf that I haven’t put up yet is not there permanently but that didn’t affect my usage of this machine. Still gotta figure out where to hang the shelf though.
