This Parallettes push up bar is perfect to reduce wrist strain. I've had wrist surgery in the past and can no longer bend my wrist enough to do a standard push up on the floor. The bar is contoured to be wider at the top where your palm is and more narrow at the bottom near your fingers. It's rounded, perfectly smooth and extremely sturdy. The brackets at the end are plate steel with a very solid wide feet at each end. The feet come unassembled, but appropriate screws and tool are included. The only trick of assembly was to not tighten everything fully until you press to make the feet level at both ends. The bar is 4" above the floor which works fine. I think it could be higher as I practice elevating my feet, but I'm sure I'll get better with practice. Bottom line, I'll be putting these bars to good use in my home gym.

Die Größe ist für mich perfekt. Nicht zu groß - nicht zu klein. Lässt sich super greifen. Man hat damit super Halt.Die Materialien fühlen sich hochwertig an.

Strong chemical odor. Quality control issues. One of the handles is thicker and rounder on one side. The ergonomic grips don’t feel the same because of it. A previous reviewer mentioned this was their experience as well. Seems like it’s not an isolated incident. I ended up returning them.

I’ve had a bunch of these bars in the past. These are the best. Solid wood handles, medal stands and long enough to do a lot of floor exercises.

However, on smooth concrete, like in my garage, they can slide a bit, so it’s best to use them on a surface with some traction.The ergonomic design is is great for reducing wrist strain, and they work well for push-ups, handstands, and L-sits. The height and grip comfort make exercises feel more natural, allowing for deeper movement and better muscle engagement. The build quality feels sturdy, and they hold up well even during intense workouts, making them a reliable choice for calisthenics training.

Sehr schöne Parallettes ud gute Qualität. Vor allem wenn man sie auf Reisen mitnehmen möchte, einfach die Halterungen abschrauben um Platz zu sparen. Kann ich weiter empfehlen.
