I ordered this Baby Musical Instruments set for when our grandchildren visit and to take their favourite instruments back home. I believe it is essential to introduce music to children at a young age. One of our children wanted to learn music in high school, and we discovered that this child is gifted in music.This musical instrument set is suitable for introducing a young child to percussion instruments. While most sets include a xylophone, tambourines, and maracas, this set also includes a wooden block, a triangle, handbell, and a castanet. The last item in the set looks like a woodwind instrument. Although advertised as a clarinet, it is a horn with a monotonic squeaker in the end.While this seems to be priced on the high side, wood has doubled in price since 2020, and musical instruments are not inexpensive. I had gotten a relatively similar set months ago. There are some slight differences, with this one having one extra piece - castanet for just $2.00 more for this set.In my opinion, the real value is introducing the child to music early for their development and enjoyment.

this is a wonderful set where all the pieces are beautiful and work well. I’ve reviewed a similar musical pack for a different product, and the notes weren’t quite perfect. I know expert and I didn’t bother me that much when I reviewed that one because I figured don’t really care that much about that thing. However, by contrast this is actually perfect and I appreciate that it even has the notes listed. In future reviews, I’ll pay more attention to those details so that when you have an exceptional product, you can highlight that–and this set is exceptional. I also appreciate that the pieces come with a bag for putting everything in. I would like it if there was also a smaller bag for the triangle pieces to go in. It comes in a plastic bag, but then there’s not a bag to put it in after having taken it out from the plastic. Other than that one minor suggestion, this set is incredible and a perfect gift for a music-loving toddler!

This is an adorable and very well-made early childhood set of primarily wood. Most of the instruments are percussion, with the exception of the tiny "clarinet". Each piece is smooth and free of anything that could poke. There are a total of nine different instruments so Little One can experiment and begin to develop finer motor development. I love the pastels and high tactility of this set and the fact that there are no flashing lights or electronic parts. This set comes with a handy storage bag and everything is easy to sanitize. Buy with confidence!

Our grandson loves this musical set! My daughter says that my grandson is especially drawn to the tambourine right now, but he is expanding his horizons! We got this set for him because we, as well as our daughter and son-in-law firmly believe it is important to encourage an interest in music, and the sooner the better! This set arrived promptly, and at the height of the Christmas season!

This toy is labeled as being for 1-3 years old; Will say this definitely makes a good gift for older than that. Got this for my 5 year old autistic cousin, and he loved it. But my 7-8 year old cousins also loved it. I honestly found myself having fun playing the toy xylophone as well. Most of the instruments seem to be built pretty well, except for the hand bell and tambourines; not that they broke or anything, they just feel a little less sturdy.
