This Motorola razr 2024 plus is fantastic couldn't be happier. Quarter of the price of a Samsung and does more.

No damage. Screen is fine, only slight crease just like any other foldable. Order was correct, model, colour, storage size, etc. Mic and speaker works. Came in a plain box with some wrapping. Delivery came at expected time, fast.

Last years model. Older Snapdragon processor and less bright screen but you won't notice a difference unless you're indoors.

PROS:1. Great form factor. Once folded, phone fits all the way in your pocket and will not fall out even when sitting down.2. Fully functional external screen so you don't even need to unfold the phone most of the time.3. Crease is hardly noticeable when phone is open.4. Decent battery life. I can get through the day without having to recharge, especially if phone is put in power save mode.5. Customizable quick launch buttons (when swiping down from the top).CONS:1. Phone supports eSIM, but my carrier's eSIM did not work on this phone. This is likely because I bought the phone refurbished and it had AT&T software on it.2. Cannot save files/folders onto the desktop.3. Cannot create folders in the Sidebar.

The phone was good, but the charger wasn't fast and the accessories were below expectations.

I was hesitant to buy a refurbished phone, a flip phone especially, but I could not be more satisfied with my purchase. I bought an "excellent" grade refurbished 2024 Razr Plus and it is indistinguishable from a brand new phone from the manufacturer cosmetically. The phone performs perfectly as well. No issues at all.This is also a ridiculously cool phone. I am switching from a S24 that was working just fine but I was bored with slab phones. This phone is actually crazy fun and interesting to use. I am keeping my S24 as backup just in case this one develops issues, which it may as this is still newish tech and flip phone durability just isn't as good as a slab phone. However, I will absolutely love every minute of using this Razr Plus 2024 until it breaks. -- I never post reviews as I am lazy, but I just had to for this awesome and fun phone.

I purchased a Motorola RAZR+ from Amazon Renewed in April 2025 and the inner screen completely malfunctioned in October 2025. According to their Amazon Renewed site I could return it within 30 days. Then there would be 11 months of extended warranty through Asurion. Asurion told me that they do not cover that phone. I called Amazon and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Amazon told me to call the manufacturer. Motorola told me that they would need a whole lot of other data to even tell I may be talking to the right people. I am still trying to find the data they requested. Hours and hours on the telephone and I am still no closer to resolving my telephone problem. oh yah, and I still do not have a phone to use.

I love this phone so much more than any iPhone I ever had. I especially love the folding design it fits in the pocket so much better than a larger phone. I just love every feature it has and the feel of it in the hand. I definitely recommend the Motorola razor.

I've been an iPhone user since 2008 prior to the iPhone I had the pink razor. When I say I LOVEEEEE this phone. Gives me a nostalgic feeling and I love that not a lot of people have it or want it, so please don't start wanting this phone lol j/k

The phone was unlocked it's an AT&t model and I'm through T-Mobile. Nothing noticeable as far as damage goes. Was able to put my sims card in and just go with it. Came with a charging cord and the phone and a receipt. Was delivered very speedy received the next morning. The battery was almost dead when I got it. And I got the used like new.

I have been using this phone for 2 weeks now. I just want to express my experience so far with it. I'm giving it three stars. Because of the process of unlocking this phone. Technically the phone I received was unlocked but for whatever reason att saw that the IMEI was attach to a billing account via their website. So I called att and they told me it was unlocked but they couldn't do it by phone. I went into the store and they were able to transfer my line. The second reason is due to the little glitches it has. I bought this in excellent refurbished condition but the front screen sometimes goes black but will come back on when you touch the screen. This doesn't happen all the time, but it does happen. I guess for the price I paid this is the result.

Item was sold as "good" condition and that's what I got, if not a little better. The only blemish I saw was on the back, where it's covered by a protector anyway. Working great. Wish there was a way to get rid of the AT&T splash screen, but realize that's not happening without rooting the phone, so that's not happening.
