This is a vibration plate that can be used as part of an exercise regimen. I purchased this for the sole reason of helping me with circulation in my legs. I have chronic vein insufficiency, and look for ways to help get the blood flowing in my legs better. This device will definitely shake your legs and make them feel like Jello. It's a high quality device. It comes with Bluetooth which allows you to hear music or any audio while you use it. It also comes with hand straps to hold on as your stand. Which for some may be necessary cause this machine has high speed settings. I've only seen up to 99 speeds, however the description says up to 120. I don't know why someone would want to go that high, because the lowest settings feel incredibly intense. The product says it can help circulation & Weight Loss. I'm not sure about the weight loss just yet, But, I think if you have the right diet and exercise routine this may help.I have used this machine for two weeks and can say that it has helped my legs feel less tired and have more agility in them.I have since moved up in speed as well, I'm up to level 3-5. I still dont think I'll ever move up to a ridiculously high speed though.Overall, this machine is pretty cool. It seems to be versatile. I like it and will continue to use it for circulation in my legs since it has helped me.
Wow, I am genuinely impressed by this machine. First impression was that this was a heavy, well built unit. The suction cups on the bottom keep it firmly in place so that it does not shift when in use. Most impressively, it is QUIET and STRONG. At half of its maximum, I can feel it tensing my muscles and forcing me to work to maintain posture. If you use a vibration plate at the gym, this is a great at home addition to your arsenal.
It took me a while to actually remove it from the package. But once I did I notice the left upper corner was broken. The machine it self is heavy. Once plug in it prompt me to connect Bluetooth to my phone. The instructions are very vague and hard to make out I would have to actually do research to make sure I understand how to use it. I used it for 10 minutes and on P1I didn’t try the 3 zones, I stayed in running zone. But I did feel a difference between standing, bending the knee and squatting. By the end of the of the 10 min my legs were Jello. And hurt from the jiggle but I guess that’s expected.Since it was a free item I decided to keep it even though it’s broke from the corner and it actually works
I took a chance on this item, not sure if it would do much for me. I have been pleasantly surprised to find out that it actually really feels good and does seem to stimulate my nervous system in a good way. My houseguest might benefit from using it as he is in the very last stages of a tibia fracture healing, months and months out. There is some suggestion that it can assist with bone density. Actually, there's some research on all kinds of benefits of this, but it's not at all a conclusive research base. all I know is that it feels surprisingly good, helps my balance on the negative side, the product really has a strong plastic outgassing that I hope goes away pretty quickly when I open the package with the plug in the remote also cigarette smell came out as well as plastic smell. The plate itself has a plastic smell. For some people that wouldn't matter. Me, I'm chemically sensitive so I really notice these things. It's going to be a long while before I would put my face anywhere near this thing. And even leaving it in the living room is too much right now; I smell it from several feet away.Another gripe I have is that the instructions are poor. For an item this complex and expensive I expect good instructions. I have attached photo. The remote also feels very light and not durable. We'll see.I will update if the smell doesn't dissapate timely.
This plate vibrates so much more than I thought it would. I can feel it all throughout my body. It's easy to stay balanced on it. There are all kinds of workouts you can do on it. I feel like it enhances the workouts that I do. It's really easy to control and seems to be good quality.
I’ve been using the Mibest Vibration Plate for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed by how much of a difference it’s made in my daily routine. I originally got it for lymphatic drainage and to help with water retention, but I’ve noticed unexpected benefits—more energy, improved circulation, and even less muscle stiffness after long days. It’s become part of my morning and evening routine, and I love how quick and effortless it is to use—just 10–15 minutes feels like a mini workout and massage in one.The remote control is a thoughtful touch—no need to bend over to adjust settings—and the 120 speed levels let me go from gentle vibration for recovery to an intense session that really gets my muscles firing. It’s quiet enough to use while watching TV, and the suction cups keep it stable, even on hardwood floors. The resistance bands are a great bonus for a light upper-body workout too.Pros:Noticeable improvement in circulation and energyEasy to use with a remote and clear LED displayCompact, sturdy, and quiet—great for small spacesVariety of speed options for gentle or intense sessionsHelps with lymphatic drainage and water retentionCons:Remote is small and easy to misplaceTakes a few tries to find your preferred speed settingsOverall, this is a fantastic investment for anyone looking to support their wellness, recovery, or weight loss journey from home. It’s simple, effective, and surprisingly powerful for its size—I wish I had started using one sooner!
