08-03-2026I got this for my daughter for Christmas, she absolutely loves all things Percy Jackson! I was excited to find hand made jewelry with this theme in mind. She also makes jewelry herself, so i know that she will appreciate the craftsmanship.It is made with a faux cord that is threaded with hand painted beads and a ring in the center. Now, the beads, some of them were threaded upside down, but honestly, that wasn't a big deal. I kind of like that it isn't perfect and makes it all the more unique. I do like the ring design as well. I thought about the beads and the ring being taken apart. My daughter could also use the material any way she wanted and re-craft her own piece of jewelry how she imagines it. She could even wear the ring separately, if she takes it apart, which would complete her set. I love the choices of color too, this could be worn with everything. I wouldn't get the faux cord wet, so remove it before showering or swimming. Very nice piece.
