It's the perfect size, shape, it's strong, durable, it has many speeds/settings and I can really feel it making a difference with my body. The stretch bands for resistance exercises to the arms is great too. This machine has so many health benefits from draining the lymphatic system, helping muscle strength and building strong bones. These vibration plates are highly recommended by a functional medicine course that I'm in. The cord was too short for my needs so I ordered a longer cord and works well for placing it in different spots around the room.

Researched vibration plates before purchasing. While reading the manual upon receipt, on the last page it states someone with a pacemaker should not use this product. Frustrated since I have a pacemaker. Have used it regardless and have experienced no issues. Just please put this info in the product description. Works great and makes you feel refreshed.

I’ve had this machine for a few months, and wanted to make sure that I really gave it time to work, or prove others right, that it was a gimmick.I am here to tell you, get one. Not only do I feel more energized after each use. I can say that within the first two weeks, the clogged and cottage cheese “toxin build up” others think is cellulite is gone.
