I wish i knew about this before.. effective and good for people who don’t want to step out of the house n yet burn…

I love this product! I’m no Doctor but I feel it is great for circulation. If you have back problems though, I would recommend checking with your doctor first. I say that because it definitely moves your body and at top speed. I wear a back brace so it doesn’t damage my back when using it. You can just also sit in a chair and put your feet on it to keep the blood flow. I’m 65 and love this product.

It works great!

Soo ....I've invested in a vibration plate after repeatedly seeing it in my news feed. My daily routine now includes a 10-minute workout at 5:30am, which has significantly boosted my energy levels and reduced my weight. Although my husband found my claim of being able to run hurdles amusing, I've genuinely experienced enhanced mobility and reduced heaviness in my legs and feet this week. Using the plate for 10 minutes before bed has also improved the quality of my sleep. Considering this is my first exercise equipment purchase at my big age, I'm pleased with the results and will continue to monitor my progress.

Remote control was not functioning I called Amazon they replaced it

I purchased this vibration plate on November 25 and I wanted to wait a few days before reviewing it to see how I liked it. I’ve been using it every day since and it has honestly surprised me in the best way. Every session makes me feel like I’ve done a full body workout without having to spend hours exercising. My body has been feeling great, more relaxed, less tense, and overall more energized.I’ve slowly increased my time on it each week by about 10 minutes and I can absolutely feel the difference as I go. The vibrations really engage your muscles and it feels like it’s waking up areas of your body you don’t normally activate.What really impressed me is that even my son's therapist ended up buying one after seeing how much I liked it. My sister has also started using it and she loves it too. It’s really a good product.If you’re thinking about trying a vibration plate, I would definitely recommend this one. It’s easy to use, well made, and genuinely effective. A must buy!

The machine is great. The remote however, does not work at all.

Very Bed

When this product arrived, the remote refused to operate. It's like, the cheapest thinnest plastic remote I have ever seen. I knew I would have to return the whole machine, which made me sad, but it had to be done. But, here's the good news. The return included free UPS pick up. That is a game changer for me. The replacement arrived later that same evening, and happily, the replacement order works great with zero problems.It's a beautiful and effective machine. I gave it 4 stars because I love the quality of the device itself. Quality issues on the remotes - it's something the company will need to figure out - but this machine is so extra! Much more stable and user friendly than a lot of the competition out there, IMHO!

I needed something that could easily manage not just my weight but also my exercises with increased intensity, and the fact that the plate had a capacity of 400 pounds was comforting to me. My legs were red and warm from the increased blood flow after 10 minutes on the first setting. I can see this helping greatly with lymphatic drainage and fluid buildup in my legs and feet.
