These work really good. Unfortunately one of them after a while started making loud noises and it sounded like from within the bearings. Even though its a fluid dynamic bearing so I'm not sure what that sound was caused by. I've cleaned off the dust to make sure it wasn't dust causing it but it still made that noise even when not mounted in the case. I pretty much had to replace it but otherwise the other four in the pack are working just fine and expected.

Coming from someone who ended up being disassapointed with the base P12s:Despite acknowledging their position on the value throne. I found them unusable due to what I suppose is an acoustic sensitivity to resonance harmonics those fans were brutally prone to.P12 Pros?Acoustically level. Constant. And with that being the only gripe I *had, now I have nothing but praise to give.First and foremost. The exceptionally high static pressure rating isn't unfounded. My application that needed fans like these come from my DIY air purifier. Where the fans need to pull through 2 stacks of Merv 13 and Merv 4 equivalent carbon filters. This is a very high resistance environment and the P12 Pros massively outperform NF P12 Redux's in pulling dusty air which can be visualized with a bright flashlight.Part of this is obvious. It's a 3000rpm fan. But when normalizing for (anecdotal, and not measured) perceived noise, the P12 Pros are far less impeded by the air purifier filters. There are far too many reviews stating these are loud. Here's my, "impression" of it's actual noise. At max speed, they certainly sound like 3000rpm fan. A higher pitched hum for sure. However this is not a "loud" noise (think of how loud something is from an adjacent room or behind a closed door). This "loudness" is comparable if not quieter than most fans at 1700rpm and lower (which is around 55% PWM)They do make an audible "motor growl" when starting from 0rpm, which may be a nuisance to people who prefer fan curves that drop to 0.All in all. For my use case? A continuous operation high resistance environment? This is truly a remarkable fan especially for it's value. As a PC fan, I can't say. But I can speculate these fans are far more "fan" than most consumer hobbyist PC builds would need. And hard to justify with the quirks that come with being, 3000rpm brings. Acoustically anyway.Thank you Arctic.

Okay, this is an absolute bang for my buck, the quality is insane especially at this price point. I threw my old case fans out after I found out it wasn't even drawing or pushing air out, these fixed my case cooling IMMEDIATELY. The fans are pretty easy to install, it's clear. I did have to adjust the fan curves because of the noise it was producing BUT to be fair, these are 3000RPM fans, but after I got it down to about 1000 or so db for earlier stages, it is silent. These perform great and I would definitely recommend this if you're looking for performance on a budget.

These fans push a crazy amount of air compared to other fans, its wild. Using these fans on a test bench, they do in fact go up to 3000RPM, and when I placed a metal mesh over the fans, it still pushes air through them very well. At 65%-70% speed is where you would start noticing the fan noise and at 100%, the noise is certainly noticeable. They fit any case as you would expect, performs amazingly, and great value for the 5 pack, cheaper than the non-pro variants. Great build quality too, it does not feel cheap whatsoever.

As a PC builder who frequently works with small form factor (SFF) cases, finding the right balance of performance, noise, and cable management is a constant challenge. The ARCTIC P12 Pro PST fans have not only met but exceeded my expectations, proving to be an exceptional choice for mini-ITX builds and beyond. The most striking feature of these fans is their incredible static pressure. In a cramped mini-ITX case, airflow can be restricted by components, cables, and radiator fins. These fans are a true powerhouse, pushing air with impressive force through all the tight spaces to keep components cool. While I initially bought them for my SFF rig, their performance would be equally beneficial in any standard case, whether for CPU cooling or general chassis ventilation. The build quality feels solid, and the fan operates remarkably quietly for the amount of air it moves, especially when compared to other high-pressure alternatives. I've also found that while they are a bit louder than the standard P12s at lower RPMs, they really hit their stride around 1000 RPM, pushing a much greater volume of air with a minimal increase in noise. What truly sets the P12 Pro apart, however, is the Power Sharing Technology (PST). This feature is a game-changer for anyone with a motherboard that has limited PWM fan headers. The PST allows you to daisy-chain multiple fans from a single header, which not only simplifies cable management but also saved me from needing to buy an expensive fan hub or splitter. It’s a brilliant, user-friendly design that makes the installation process seamless and cost-effective.In short, the ARCTIC P12 Pro PST offers a perfect combination of high-performance cooling and smart, practical features. For mini-ITX builders, they are a must-have for their superior static pressure. For everyone else, the easy installation and PWM sharing technology make them a fantastic value. This is a top-tier product that I can highly recommend

These are great fans. They fit into my case perfectly. They're a bit on the loud side, but it's only really noticeable when they ramp up. At lower speeds they're pretty quiet. They lowered my computers temps by 5-10 degrees.

These are the best fans for the money. They are powerful and move tons of air without needing all the extra frills. If you need budget friendly fans that actually work, get these. They can be loud when at full speed, but are very quiet at all other speeds. The fact that they can daisy chain to each other is a bonus.

P12 Pro PST 5-Pack P12 Pro Maximum Performance, Redefined

Revised fan blade design for an optimal balance of performance and quiet operation.

P12 Pro Optimized Bearing-Shaft Design (FDB)

Hydrodynamic plain bearing and extended impeller shaft – for better pressure distribution and reduced vibration, enabling particularly smooth operation.

P12 Pro SOTA microcontroller

Reduces motor noise and automatically compensates for speed drops due to increased resistance. Integrated protection mechanisms limit inrush current peaks and reliably protect against damage caused by reverse polarity.

P12 Pro Minimal gaps for maximum efficiency

Narrower manufacturing tolerances and gaps allow the fan to work more effectively against resistance, maximizing static pressure and airflow efficiency.

More Power - Less Noise

The fan impresses with a significant increase in performance even at low speeds. Normalized to 25 dB(A), the fan offers both increased airflow and increased static pressure – ideal for quiet and efficient cooling.

The high static pressure makes Pro fans ideal for use on radiators, as they can effectively move air through tight obstacles. Pressure-optimized fans are also particularly suitable for use with perforated panels or mesh fabrics, which create additional resistance.
