Literally one of the arms was sound shut. The only reason I’m keeping it is because I just cut it open so I could wear it with my Halloween costume. Honestly screw forever 21 they have clothing that looks like it’s been sewn together by literal toddlers. Seriously, my left toe could sew a better quality jacket- or at least one without the literal sleeve sewn closed

Very thick and I think it will be nice and warm. The color is not as pictured. The photo has a red hue and the actual color is more of a mauve/reddish berry color. Still pretty, so I am keeping it. It was just not as expected. The material is a little rough (I haven't washed it yet) on the outside of the coat and I am a little concerned it may snag if caught on something, but for $20, if it happens, it happens.I am currently 135 lbs at 5'4" and I bought a large for an oversized look.

For the current price at the time of this review of $46, I really did not expect much. Also, the last time I bought anything from Forever 21 (which was forever ago, ha ha), the quality was not great. This jacket blew my expectations away and is making me rethink trying more of the F21 brand.Number 1, you've got to let this jacket breathe because it stinks. It smells like chemical dyes or some such. I hung mine outside for a day and it was fine. That isn't enough to knock off a star because it's not detrimental to the jacket and my nose is suuuuuper sensitive so may be no one else smells this.Anyway, this jacket is very warm! The puffiness is certainly puffed to the nth degree. Add on the hood and I am snug as a bug in a rug. It has not been super cold here yet, but, for example, when I wore this jacket out in the 60 degree rain yesterday I was incredibly warm (too warm) and the rain did not make it through the jacket to my skin.I got the blue jacket and the color is pretty amazing. It's a metallic navy. I also ordered this in medium which is the size I wear in jackets and this fits as I expected it to fit. There is nothing wonky about the sizing.The construction of this jacket is well done. All the seams are intact and straight, the quilting is neat, the zippers and snaps are sewn in securely, all my zippers and snaps function fine and don't compromise the nearby fabric when opening/closing, the fabric arrived intact and without holes or pulls or tears. I like that the lining has thumbhole sleeves which I can choose to use or not but they do help keep the outer jacket sleeves lower and keep me warmer.To say I am impressed by this jacket is an understatement.

I’m usually a small or medium in tops and ordered a medium. It looks and fits great with plenty of room for thick sweaters underneath. It’s a very thick jacket but not heavy. I also like that it zips up all the way to cover the ears if needed.

This cropped jacket, in pewter, is really cute. It is warm, and the small runs big and a bit oversized. You can definitely wear a big sweater underneath. I totally recommend!
