It’s very heavy compared to other cell phones that you’re probably used to using. I’m sure a lot of that weight comes with the capacity of the battery. I’ve only had it activated for a week or so, and haven’t had a chance to familiarize myself with all of the features but so far so good. And, wanted to add that I have not dropped it on a hard surface or into water as of yet and don’t plan on doing that to test it but it sure appears to be built like a Sherman tank. It’s a fast phone, and the gorilla glass covering the screen seems to not smudge as much as other screen protectors i’ve had in the past.
This is a good phone but it is a brick. It has twice the battery capacity than the any iPhone or Samsung Ultra. Nevertheless at a cost. It is so thick and heavy, that 99% of car phone holders will not work.Carrying a phone the probably weighs over 1Lb, also big and thick will require some personal adjusting. One of the selling features is the "camping lights. But half of one of the camping lights is covered with the most important info of a cellphone that must be kept private. The ticker that have the info like S/N IME, etc. is on the outside. Big mistake on my eyes. Also, the menus are not intuitive. To setup something it is a difficult task to navigate the settings.I'm replacing an 8 year old Samsung phone with this one. Despite this phone having better specs, the old phone takers better picturesThe manufacturer seems genuinely concerned and reached out to me to expand on my comments. I feel they will work to improve the phone.
Had a problem with charging port while under warranty. Contacted manufacturer and explained issue. Alina from Blackview promptly responded and when we explained that we performed troubleshooting steps with no change, she immediately let us know that Blackview would send out a new phone as soon as we returned our phone. We returned same and Alina confirmed that a new phone was on its way to us. With the exception of this issue, the 7300 model is a great phone. Add in exceptional customer service and purchasing this phone is a no brainer.
Military grade phone works with metro pcs. If you need assistance there is a chat option with real customer service reps
Great phone, as very rugged and in harsh environments with water and soil. Dual sim excellent when needing backup data on a different network for travelling.Only issue with it is the rubber cover for the charging point makes it not easy to to put the cable in and therefore is at risk of breaking the port.Blackview support is excellent and resolve any issues quickly and I believe that is most important as any electronic device however good the manufacturer quality is can have faults.
First I had a few issues, but as I am getting to know the Doke OS it is better every day. The UI can be personalised - I don't like thebappp drawer myself and it can be turned off easily. It is a bit heavy, but the battery life well pays back for the weight. You charge it and just forget the cable for almost a week.Perdormace is good, well able to do multitasking and all apps open quickly. I have not found incompatibilities so far, all my apps work just fine.I am mot a gamer, bought the phone for my travels around the World - using as a secondary device. It is rugged, well made, the screen has excellent brightness, so no problem using it in any type of environment. The camera is not the best, but it does what it should and I am using an Olympus camera anyway. I just want to be able to communicate no matter where I am and no matter how far the closest AC plug is, and this is the phone just for that purpose.I have not tested the water resistance, but as all the plugs are covered with a well designed rubber cover, I don't think submersion will be an issue.
This phone kept turning off mobile data and was able to even make phone calls. So it was pretty much unusable as a phone and I didn't realize it until I needed it. I took it into my service provider store and they said I must have accidentally turned off the mobile data. But even if that was the case it should have still worked as a regular phone and it didn't. Ended up sending it back. Waiting to get a refund. Also has a lot of little glitches to it that I didn't like.
Everything has pros and cons. Battery life is outstanding. The light is extremely bright. It's set with enhancement setting you control. It's heavy, but, it's because it's all battery. It's worth the price, and eventually the weight doesn't doesn't seem to bother me anymore. I've had someone launch it off a counter at work, landed on concrete and survived unscaved. I like it. Alot.
I'm liking the phone so far the flashlight is extremely bright it is on the heavy side but I knew I was getting a rugged phone with a 15,000mah battery it's not meant to be light as a feather set up took less than 15 minutes and lots of customizable options fingerprint ID works extremely fast even with dirty hands buttons clean off easily and feel like some sort of metal assuming aluminum the dual speakers are very loud you will not need a Bluetooth speaker with this phone you can clearly hear it 40+ feet away I've tested it out for the last 8 hours using all the functions and the battery percentage has dropped 10%
I can't believe how much you get for a very small fraction of the price of a high end phone. What you're getting is a literal high quality brick full of tech, great cameras, camp lights, readable screen and an ever lasting battery.Oh and they also include the cable and charging block.Highly recommended if you don't need 5G but there's is a newer phone with new radios.
I never leave a review but felt I had to with this amazing value for money phone. It is so quick, 6gb of ram clocked up to 10gb, there is absolutely no delay on firing up apps or switching. If like me you are a bloke with big hands the weight of this brick actually feels positive and comfy to hold. I've had many lightweight phones fall out of my hand and smash. The screen is excellent, very sharp and bright.I would say in terms of quality and price Blackview is where Huawei was 10 years ago, and Xiaomi 5 years ago in so far as they represent huge quality and value for money before they become very mainstream. The only down point is the camera is poor in low light, if you can live with that then don't hesitate to buy this. The battery life IS as good as it states. I can be a heavy user and decided to plug it in after three days, down to 60% charge.Fab phone, would definitely buy Blackview again.
Great
