08-03-2026This vest is good. I got it for my husband so it works well for him. I wouldn't really suggest it for a woman unless you have small breasts as the double strap does squish them. I have a vest for myself that only has a single strap so it's not so uncomfortable.

08-03-2026I got the 16lb (I’m 5’5” 125lbs) per the chart in the listing. It fits well, is pretty comfortable, and I love the attached pocket for cell phone, keys, air pods, chapstick, whatever. It really holds a lot!The only reason I give 4 stars is that I wish I could make it tighter. It’s ok to walk in but if I try to run it bounces a TON, and the only way to keep it in place is to physically hold it in place which is really annoying. Otherwise exactly as advertised.

08-03-2026Fits both my wife and I nicely. I'm 5'9" tall and 165 pounds and this 16 pound vest was a bit too light for me to walk the dog. We work out often and so I gave it to my 120 pound wife and she likes it and uses it now. I ended up buying a 30 pound vest for myself.

08-03-2026This vest is very heavy. If you’re not already working out, choose something liter. This helps burn more calories while walking but remember to wear supportive shoes for this amount of weight (women). I use it once or twice a week along with a body pump class.
