08-03-2026I use this fitness belt to help with muscle recovery. This belt is 43 inches wide so make sure you get the right size. The belt has Velcro so it’s easy to apply around any body part. The electric pulses are strong and do a great job stimulating the muscles.

I thought it might be another device that promised a lot and did nothing. But after using it for a few weeks, I was amazed! You can really feel it working your muscles, especially in your abdomen. 08-03-2026I have now received 2 of these in a row with a remote that does not power on. I charged the snap-on controller and the remote for 2 hours, pressed the + button on the snap-on controller - this turns on. Next, I pressed the ON/OFF button on the remote. It will not turn on. This is the exact thing that happened with my original order that I returned for a replacement.I'm returning and looking for another brand that actually works.
