Heavy Duty Push Up Board, Full Metal Multi-Functional pushup board, Pectoral Muscle Arm Exercise Professional Equipment Home Gym Equipment, Best Choice for Fitness Professionals Gift
Its design is very ergonomic, which helps me better exercise the chest and shoulder muscles when doing push-ups. The material of the board is very sturdy and will not deform due to weight problems. It is very safe to use, recommended!
This heavy-duty push-up support board is really great! Highly reinforced, strong load-bearing capacity, no need to worry about damage. After using it, it can obviously improve defense, defense and arm strength, and can better perform different types of push-up training. Its multi-angle design also makes exercise easier, and the effect is very significant!
The quality of this push-up board is very good. The all-metal structure allows me to exercise without worrying about its stability and durability. After using it a few times, my lifting and effective arm skeletal muscle help are more obvious. It not only can achieve the effect of the push-up board, but also avoid sports injuries caused by improper posture. For me, this push-up board is totally worth recommending.
I experience wrist pain during bent wrist push ups and was looking for an alternative method. I discovered the “MaoChang Push Up Board.” It is somewhat portable as it can be folded up and carried, or stored in it’s zippered case. I appreciate that the handles have the sanded non-slip surface, and are made of heavy metal that will theoretically last forever. However, I disagree with how the seller presents their description of this product.PORTABLE DESIGN: Measuring only 15"x9"x2.5", the small and lightweight stainless steel plank makes it easy to toss in your gym bag or backpack for on-the-go training sessions. It isn’t a light weight piece of equipment (at approximately twelve pounds) to toss into your gym bag or backpack! But, one can do that, if that works for you.NON-SLIP GRIP: The sanded stainless steel surface provides just enough texture for a secure grip while cushioning your hands and forearms during push ups and planks.I agree that the sanded surface on the handles provide just enough texture for a secure grip, but they are metal and they can’t provide any cushioning. Also, I discovered that the handles will rock forward and backwards during use and would be more secure if they had a wider base.As far as the photos that I have included. Photo one shows the kit after I unpacked it from the shipping box. Photos two through four shows some areas of concern with the machining and can easily be addressed by the manufacturer. The wrinkled hole in photo two makes placement of the handle pins difficult to install and remove easily. Photos two, three, and four depicts how the metal board is rubbing against the hinge pin screws. Photo five and six shows that this board will need to be on a solid surface to gain the benefits of it’s use.
This heavy-duty pushup plank is built to handle a lifetime of workouts. It is manufactured from 1/8th inch stainless steel which should easily support the 350lbs that is stated in the description without any distortion. The plank, and each set of holes, have been etched with information that matches up to the index (guide) that is located in the center of the plank. This index (guide) informs the user which upper body muscles will be impacted during the workout depending on where the handles are placed on the board. These handles are also very well built and have a great grip design. I have no concerns about my hands slipping while using these handle grips. The large pegs on the underside of these handles fit snugly into the holes on the plank without any slop. I do not experience any wobbling of my handles what-so-ever while doing my pushups. This pushup plank equipment is NOT light-weight like the description states… in fact nowhere in the description of this product could I find its total weight. Even though the description does state “easy to toss in your gym bag or backpack for on-the-go training sessions”, I’m not so sure about that statement… The total weight is actually 11.6 pounds (pictured), add that to all your extra stuff in your gym bag or backpack and now your bag is HEAVY. This plank comes with its own carrying case, so I would just leave it out of the gym bag. Now, as for the carrying case itself… It is nowhere sturdy enough for this heavy-duty equipment. I have only removed and stored the equipment in the carrying case maybe a total of five times, and the case already has three corners with holes in them (pictured) and one of the two pull zippers is also separated from the zipper teeth (also pictured). The holes in the carrying case are probably caused from the sharp edges on the fold-up plank. If the manufacture were to soften (file or grind down) the edges, the case might have a better chance of survival… however, the material used for the case should be thicker in my opinion. I feel this case better fits a description of "storage" and NOT "carrying or transporting" the equipment.Anyways… this push-up plank is well designed and made of quality materials (need better case though) so in my opinion, the pushup plank it is well worth the price.
My device came to me scratched up. Misspelled words instead of it saying outer edge of chest it says Quter edge of chest. But the worst thing is that the numbering that's etched on the board is not the same on both sides. How do I know if I'm working out the correct area if the numbering on the metal board is incorrect.
its good quality but the text is messed up and the numbers out of order I think they need to have this mapped out by a american and not a google translate
I love this thing. It’s not great for hardwood floors. Fantastic on carpet. I paid the extra money cause I’m tired of all the plastic crap that ends up in a landfill
