I really like the way this bow tie looks. I don't feel like the material is high quality as it seems thin and may not wear well long term. However, it is easy to put on and it looks very nice. I am very happy with this bow tie right now.
These bow ties are just a little on the pricier side for casual cotton bow ties, so are they worth it? Could be, if quality design makes a difference for your experience. What you're getting here is a well-designed pattern with very pleasing colors, plus metal hardware (coated steel, not plastic) in some quality construction. The fabric alone might justify a higher price than more pedestrian alternatives. The sage version is a very pleasant almost lime-sage, with small white and sky blue flowers with some orange centers and some lavender highlights, along with stems in a variety of greens. There is a lot going on if you study the details, but the overall melange is just very nice to look at. It's just good design, in a world with a lot of less masterful examples.I have many ties and bow ties, and the lower quality ones tend to be simpler in ways that don't meet your conscious attention, but just don't have the same appeal/charisma as this nice of a pattern. If you don't care about that and just want something that does the job okay, there's no need to spend more (I have plenty like that). But I'm very happy I have this bow tie, as it pleases me every time I look at it!If I have to find something to criticize, the flatness and stiffness of the fabric aren't ideal qualities in a bow tie. They result in a more static accessory that can slightly poke the underside of your neck as you move your head in certain ways. But that's not a big deal and shouldn't dissuade you. I think it might even be a requirement in a fabric if it's going to have the fine (not pixelated) detail to the degree this pattern does.I say, get it or something else of pleasing design if you can, even if it's just to see whether that brings you joy or makes no difference to you.
Received compliments on bow tie. Wanted pre-tied for convenience. Colorful design.
Husband loves it!
This bow tie was perfect for the suit I wore to a friends wedding in the south of France. It was 100 degrees that day! I couldn’t have been happier with how it looked!
My sons wore these bow ties for their sister’s wedding. Everyone loved them and they looked amazing! The boys got so many compliments.
Pretty pattern and nicely made. My daughter bought this for our dog to wear to her graduation party. The fabric is so pretty and coordinates with her dress. Jack’s ready to party!
A great match for the dress I bought for my girl.
