For quality these are well made, and the rubber feels elastic and strong at the same time. Mostly these are for strength exercises, and also more heavy duty for stretching. To add more resistance to your stretching these are ideal. The quality seems durable, and they come in enough variety of resistances that they cover most needs for strength and stretches, but I wouldn’t use them for light stretching, as they can be quite strenuous especially the higher rated ones. I want to keep my body limber and keep my muscles stretched because I am in an office job that has me sitting for hours on end. These bands are great for stretching while at my desk and for getting up for a minute or two every hour to exercise my arms and legs. These have been great for helping my body to feel better each day with these simple actions. I also like that this set came with various different types of tension because I can use the higher tension bands for more serious exercise.

When it works, it works great . When is the key worst. Sometimes it wont turn on, most of the time it just turns off in the middle of a program. I dont know, get a different brand I dont recommend this specific one . Im out money on a device that 75% of the time doesnt work.

I’d like this vibration plate. I can’t say I love it but I definitely like it ,and I use it ,trying to get it set up is a little confusing that is for sure. but I do like it and I recommend one definitely may be this one or some other brand And again the ease of use not so great. The functionality is good. The size is really good. The weights good and I got it for a really good price. I got a 50% off coupon on the app Koupon then Amazon I believe offered another 20% off so I could add it and I really got a good price on it. That is why I purchased this particular one. Learning how to use it was very confusing. The directions told you what it had. It did not tell you how to get to wear you can understand and use it. I figured it out with the help of my husband and trust me. it wasn’t easy. He understood it a little better than I do, but I do finally have it up and going and I kind of know what I’m doing.LOL I would recommend this for first timers

Got these bands for my teenage son and they work very well. They really do test your strength and can be used in a variety of workouts. They go back to their original size once stretched which is ideal. They are durable and easy to use. Overall very happy with these.

When ordering liked that there is no need to tie these bands; they are a loop. But these bands are small. At first it put me off - they wouldn’t be useful enough. Trying them, however, realized that often when I want to use a loop without a knot, this size works fine. So went from an assessment of three stars to four, and now have a set of untied bands for times with length is needed, and these for when it’s not.

I use bands mostly for my legs/knees. So these are a little long at 12" vs the 10" I like. That being said they are nice bands and while they aren't as heavy duty as the ones that I got when I was in PT, they are fine and you can easily double up. To be fair, I have tried many of the suppliers on Amazon and none of them are as heavy duty as I would like.
