MVNO customers(Metro, Mint, Ultra, Xfinity, Straight Talk, Spectrum, Cricket, etc.): You will need to "activate" your IMEI with a representative over a phone call(Automated methods will not work). Initially, they will tell you the device is not compatible. You will need to ask them to record the IMEI number anyway. Once that is complete, you will need to ensure you place the sim card into the corresponding slot. IMEI 1 is assigned to sim card slot 1. IMEI 2 is assigned to sim card slot 2. If all prior steps have been properly completed, your phone should begin to operate as expected after a few minutes.

08-03-2026I am very happy with the phone. My old phone suddenly had limited space which led to an uncontrollable inability to use phone at all. I am trying to not let this happen with new phone but even lists of phone calls need to be cleaned up daily. I took a photo of my dog Bing and had no trouble using it as my wallpaper. I would like to transfer photos off old phone but can’t seem to access anything. Phone arrived within a day or two which was great as I had no phone.

All United States carriers are trying to force us onto accepting 5G, which is objectionable to anyone in the know.If you want 5G, buy anything else.This is a 4G ONLY phone, and if that's what you want, like I did, this is a great option for you. I had a Galaxy Note 9 that I bought new for $1200 and it was just worn out. This is an acceptable replacement.As for the seller, she was extremely helpful when I called her for advice when the phone wouldn't work on Cricket. It would work, but the network kept kicking me off with a valid SIM and phone number.Rather than port my number over, I opted to just get a new number instead, but porting to Metro is an option.Once 5G becomes mandatory I'll abandon having a mobile device and use a tablet in my semi for basic functions of work and have a landline at home.Smart Things loaded everything over perfectly and the phone functions and works excellent.The phone is very much worth the price.
