08-03-2026Works fine. It's a good bench. Gets the job done. My main complaint is that it's really short. I'm 6 ft tall and I don't fit on the whole thing. It's not small enough to want to return it. I just have to adjust myself and have part of my body hanging off a certain way depending on the workout. If you're 6 ft or taller, you may be a little uncomfortable. Also, it was pretty much put together in the box, so that was nice.

08-03-2026Great quaility, it is very sturdy and perfect for a home gym. Super easy to put together and light enough to move around, it is a good size to tuck away or keep under your bench! It does not move at all when you are lifting in any of the positions!

08-03-2026Light weight and easy to assemble. Has a strap to move it easily. Love this bench for the price. My heaviest dumbbells are 30lbs so this really might not be durable enough for a hard core body builder...but works great for my strength training!!
