I made sure to research how to perform gua sha and facial cupping before purchasing to make sure I felt comfortable performing it on my clients . I am a licensed esthetician and I just brought this on as an add on to my facial treatments.

They contacted me directly and even arranged for the factory to send a Y hose for the cupping machine, which I'm informed will now be included in all future production units. This demonstrates a commitment to product improvement and customer satisfaction. The machine itself remains incredibly handy and its portability is a significant asset. From a professional standpoint as a massage therapist, this machine facilitates effective facial cupping therapy, offering notable benefits for lymph drainage, puffiness reduction, enhanced circulation, and improved skin tone. I now wholeheartedly endorse this product and highly recommend it.I give it a 4 stars because it only comes with 2 straight hose if also included a Y hose will be a 5 stars products. All the cups come in pair why didn't come with a Y hose? It didn't include the dimensions of the hose information. This machine come with 3 modes, gliding, short pumping and long pumping mode. Each end of the hose should use a connector it will br a lot easier to attach instead just the hose itself.
