Amazon Renewed is your trusted destination for a huge selection of smartphones, computers, video games, power tools, and even more products that work and look like new and are backed by the Amazon Renewed Guarantee.
Battery at 99% so I assume it was replaced. Came with only a slight mark on screen that was hard to even see.
Looks and functions like new. My vendor, YY wireless, has very good quality control for both the 16pro and 16 that I ordered from them. both had 100% battery health levels and the t-mobile versions of the phones worked perfectly fine with mint mobile. The 16 was basically 2months old while being 32% off the original price with slight cosmetic chipping near the top of the phone that is easily hidden with a phone case. After I saw the quality of their phones I decided to upgrade my iPhone X to the 16 pro for 21% off. Came in basically as new, no visible scratching on both the body and screen, great value for money and a worthwhile upgrade. As someone who barely uses their phone, this is a good quality discounted phone that will last me another 7 years.
Works perfect

I purchased this phone about a month ago, and at first it seemed like an amazing deal. Brand new phone, never used, 0 battery cycles. Setting up with T-Mobile was a breeze, and I had thought I'd gotten a steal. Turns out that in a way, I did...This week, T-Mobile deactivated my cellular connection. After several hours on the line with T-Mobile support, their fraud department let me know that this phone had been claimed "Never Received" by the reseller, even though they obviously received it in order to sell it here on Amazon. Because it was claimed to be lost, T-Mobile's fraud department bricked the IMEI and it essentially cannot ever be used for phone capabilities ever again. It's essentially an illegitimate iPhone and considered defrauded by the mobile carrier, and now absolutely useless (unless used as an iPod).Massive word of caution against these "Certified Refurbished" phones, given how much fraud is apparently happening in the cellular industry. LIKELY NOT WORTH THE RISK!!!!!!!!!
Phone was exactly as described. Other than the packaging and accessories, I could not tell the difference from a new one. Battery health at 100%. Very happy with this purchase.
Upon startup a message came up saying the device was owned by a company and was under device management. Can’t turn this off. I sent a message to the seller and they replied within 12 hours and had the device management deactivated. One star off because I did have to repeat the phone setup but the phone itself is flawless with 100% battery capacity.
Absolutely no complaints. No micro scratches. 100% battery life.
