I'm so pleased I bought this. It's so helpful having the instant choice of temperature water. I like to drink my water warm so it's been amazing. I was initially drawn to the pretty green colour but thought it would clash with my floor so I chose the blue. It's gorgeous! A two year warranty makes this a safe purchase.

Definitely noticed that it took away the smell of the water and the taste. The water still did taste different though because it was filtered. It’s a pretty good product. Quick and easy to use the hot water option so I can make my tea.

This RO filtration system works decently. Like the size of the reservoir for lots of use between fill ups. The water quality level is decent.Some challenges. Runs a lot, with a lot of noise. Will sometimes run for most of the day even when not being used. When filled, sometimes it reverses and over flows. Takes a long time to clean. Ismael spite of these drawbacks, I’m mostly happy with it, but it does not remineralize the water. At this price point, you would think it would.

I ordered the white countertop reverse osmosis system from Topzee and I also ordered a very popular reverse osmosis countertop system that only has room temperature water. We have a large family so we needed 2. This Topzee is awesome, I love the fact that it has a really large tank and you can choose the temperature of your water. I use the hot water for my tea and my coffee and basically anything that needs heated water. I actually prefer this one to the name brand system bc of the hot water feature and larger tank, it also ranked cleaner than the other one when I did a TDS test. My tap water was at 251, this one tested at 22! The name brand was at 24. I also tested some bottled water which tested at 30! Highly recommend this system for clean drinking water without having to deal with plumbing, water lines and you can use the waste water it produces for plants. We add a pinch of Himalayan or Real salt to replace the minerals in our water, overall we are all very happy about this purchase. I use the hot water to make a variety of delicious drinks. I'm attaching an image of Earl Grey latte, sugar free and delicious! I put 2 bags of the Earl Grey for 6 minutes then I got a glass mug and poured half and half in that glass and heated it for 30 seconds in the microwave, I used a battery powered milk frother and put 2 tbsp of Erythritol and mixed that until foamy. Feel free to add any flavor syrup in it, then pour the tea into the cup, it will look like this and ENJOY!! sooo many variations of drinks you can do anything! Highly recommend!!

After 20 plus years of never writing a review, I finally had to break down a write one.This machine is awesome I cannot speak obviously to how long it will last I'm counting on a long time.I love that the tank is bigger than others that I could find. I love the layers of purification. I love the look and I'm picky...... I love the hot water on demand features. It's just a lifesaver. The only thing that I wish is that I had it much sooner in my life! Regarding customer service, every time I have a question about anything. I cannot believe how fast they respond in a world where customer service is going to a horrible, horrible non-existence. This is one of the reasons why I felt compelled to write a review because I feel like these people care. I wish every company had the dedication they have!

We like it! Water tastes great and is easy to use for the whole family.

This item 'does' deserve 5* HOWEVER don't purchase one. TopZee no longer offers customer support. There is no viable phone number in the US and they do not respond to emails. I purchased the counter top unit in early May 2025 and purchased a set of three replacement filters at the same time. I changed out all three filters in early November 2025. Then I found out the replacement filters in Amazon's stock guaranteed NO availability in the future.

The filters lasted 6 months and when I went to replace, I’m having a hard time finding them. I found an alternative brand that I think will work but they are half the cost of machine itself. The machine drips so we leave a cup under it and the last month has been making a lot of noises. Whatever cycles it is running, they are more frequent and longer than when first purchased. Overall, I like the size and hot water feature is great for tea, I never boil water anymore and it does taste clean.

While I love the countertop RO water filter, I cannot find replacement filters available anywhere and Topzee does not respond to queries. Extremely disappointing! Now I will need to purchase a different water filter from a more reputable company. This was an expensive lesson.
