The ASRock Intel Arc B580 Challenger 12GB OC Graphics Card delivers exceptional performance for gamers and creators, featuring Intel's cutting-edge Xe2-HPG architecture. With 12GB of GDDR6 memory on a 192-bit bus and an impressive GPU clock speed of 2740 MHz, this card handles modern AAA titles and content creation workloads with ease. The inclusion of Intel Xe Super Sampling 2 (XeSS 2) technology and Xe Matrix Extensions (XMX) enhances performance and image quality in supported games, making this card an excellent choice for high-resolution gaming and professional applications. Equipped with an efficient dual-fan cooling solution, the B580 Challenger maintains optimal temperatures during extended gaming sessions. The Striped Axial Fan design ensures excellent airflow, while the 0dB Silent Cooling technology guarantees completely silent operation during low-load scenarios. The sturdy metal backplate not only adds durability but also contributes to effective heat dissipation, ensuring long-term reliability and consistent performance under heavy workloads. With support for DisplayPort 2.1 and HDMI 2.1a, this graphics card is ready to drive the latest high-refresh-rate monitors and 4K displays. The single 8-pin power connector ensures compatibility with most systems, while the advanced feature set makes it ideal for both gaming and content creation. Please verify your system's power supply capacity and physical space before purchase. color is accurate. super easy to install. cooling is superior. card quality isn't the best. if you play farming simulator 25, don't use XeSS 2 frame generation as i've had constant crashing trying to change setting with it enabled
I did my own compare tests and FPS on World of Tanks on Ultra settings are almost identical to the RTX 4060 i5-13600KF is my processor in my pc (250-280 FPS)
Bought even though the initial reviews were bad at launch but after all their driver updates it runs wonderfully with my Ryzen 5 7600x. Great gpu and great price at $269.00. I only see their gpus getting better with time since their gpu/drivers are still in their starting phase unlike the amd and nvidia cards.
Cyberpunk, XeSS set to Ultra Quality, Everything on High/Ultra - 1920 x 1080, RT on, no Path Trace, Monitor at 144hz = 127 fps Average. (It currently outperforms/spanks my 3060 RTX 12gb. Hands down. (Same sets = 75.41fps avg) The Battlemage is faster by a good 15-25+%) This card virtually eliminated screen tearing in 99% of my games, even on high to ultra settings at 1080. Still decent at 1440. Falls down on 4k. Works with every steam game I have loaded. Even older games work fine for me. Fallout4 sets itself to Ultra and runs exceptionally well. And so far the Temps are cool to the touch. 12GB seems to be more than enough memory for anything I've thrown at it so far. Solidworks/Sketchup/ShotCut/GiMP all no problem. Even with larger files/drawings. 10/10 would recommend!
An excellent GPU, FOR BOTH PRODUCTIVITY AND GAMING, Sadly after i bought i realized it's not compatible with my pc my motherboard as it's PCI3 with no rebar.
The performance for the price is very impressive. Easily comparable to more costly cards. ReBar will need to be activated in bios to use the full capabilities of the graphics card. It’s easily able to run my games at high or ultra high settings with ray tracing at 1080p no issues, sitting around 60°C - 65°C and peaking at 71°C. At idle and low load 50°C and below it does shut off the fans for silent use.UPDATE:Recently started gaming at 1440p. Games like Finale Fantasy XVI and Stellar Blade I am still able to play on High and Ultra settings. I recently got Expedition 33 and this card does struggle to play that game at 1440p, everything has to be set to low except anti-aliasing set to high and Xess frame gen on and 66% upscaling. I’m still impressed with the card especially coming from a 1660 super. Expedition 33 is the first game I’ve seen it struggle with but looks like I can play it at 1080p no issues at medium/high.
Amazing looking card. Loved it.
Nice card, lighter than expected.
Nice looking graphics card that has RGB lighting if you're into that sort of thing, but the Arc B580 has a pretty serious CPU overhead issue if you're running any lower end model CPU which kind of defeats the purpose of trying to pair a budget GPU with a budget CPU, but still one of the nicer looking Intel Arc B580 products on the market.
Pairing the ASRock Intel Arc B580 with my AMD 9600X has been an absolute win. I game strictly in 1440p, and this card handles everything I throw at it without breaking a sweat. Zero crashes, zero stuttering, zero weird behavior — just smooth, dependable performance. The frame rates have been consistently excellent across a wide variety of games. Temps stay under control, the card runs quietly, and ASRock’s build quality is exactly what you’d expect from a big, reputable manufacturer. Installation was easy, and once it was up and running, the experience has been flawless.Intel’s Arc drivers have clearly come a long way, because this setup feels polished and stable. Honestly, the value you get here is impressive — strong 1440p performance without paying high-end prices. If you're considering an Arc card for mid-range or higher-resolution gaming, don’t hesitate. This ASRock B580 delivers, and it does it well.Highly recommended.
