Bought for a secondary laptop. When I had to use it for Day Trading with a lot of running apps it did lag quite a bit so it has limitations but using it as a secondary laptop running social medias it works great and fast

Consumers should know that YOUR Laptops and probely YOUR Desktops too has been Modified to Jack-up the SALES. I purchased a HP Gaming Laptop that was selling for over $500, on Wednesday June 25th 2025 it was delivered on Friday June 27th 2025. The HP Laptop was a 17.3 in screen and 32 GB of RAM, 1 TB of Memory & AMD RYZON 5, I didn't unboxed it until Sunday afternoon. I started loading the programs that was installed in the Laptop and then I installed 2 games CoH 2 and War on the Sea and I played both games and the Graphics showed Beautiful, that was Monday and Tuesday I got up an powered up the Laptop to watch my favorite Pod Cast the whole thing just CRASHED. I called AMAZON Tech Support they couldn't do anything told me the number to call HP Tech Support, I had to show proof of purchase before they can help, they asked for the SN. Number and the Prod. ID. Number and they checked the Specification of the Laptop and it was a 8 GB of RAM and 250 GB of Memory it was Modified up to 32 GB of RAM, 1 TB of Memory as a Gaming Laptop. HP also said that AMAZON & WALMARTS buys their cpu's in BULK and Modified them to BOOST-UP the sales , thats why my Laptop CRASHED because the Procesor was made to run 8 GB not 32 GB it was overloaded and it stp running. So beware what you Purchase.

I’m a Mac user but need a PC to do software updates on most automobiles. Seems pretty nice, except that it doesn’t have a backlight keyboard. I was kind of shocked that it doesn’t have what I thought was a standard feature nowadays.

This is an excellent laptop for the price. I have owned several HP CP-XXXX laptops over the past few years. I have a bad habit of spilling liquids on them. The one I chose this time has a AMD Ryzen 5 chip with Radeon graphics, 1 TB SSD drive and 32 GB of memory. It did not come with a manual or a specs. sheet. I contacted the seller and he said that they don't come with these. So, I had to search. I went to HP but their website is really bad. I knew about this in the past when I purchased laptops directly from HP.Next I tried AMD. Good luck finding the software to check the specs. Finally, I searched or freeware to check the specs. Speccy by CCleaner (a company I have known for more years than I would like to admit) gave me the info. that I needed. My chip is an AMD Ryzen 5 7430U with Radeon graphics. It has 12 threads which is good for speed. The audio is only stated as high definition anywhere I checked but I searched for Realtek which is what they usually use for the audio software. It does have it. This one does. All components are standard HP generic components. That is good. I have never had a problem with an HP computer (my first was in 1998). I hate their website and their sales people but I love their machines. I would not buy any other brand.Now to the promised MS Office 2021 or 2024 (I didn't even know which one was offered). It didn't work. I clicked it and nothing happened. I contacted the seller who gave me a license key. Microsoft accepted this key but when I tried to use Excel, I received the message "Your copy of Microsoft Office Professional 2021 cannot be activated because the specified Product Key has already been activated the maximum number of times permitted for your software license ...............". This tells me that the software was pirated. I know all about this because my ex-husband was a software pirate. So, you will not be able to use the MS Office. You will only be buying the laptop. Just download and install LibreOffice. It's free and works well. I have an Associates degree in Office Technologies which included extensive training in MS Office. LibreOffice is the next best thing.Now for what is actually very good about it. HP states that the laptop warranty is active with months remaining 10, days remaining 15. So, if anything is wrong with it that you didn't cause HP will repair it or send you to a dealer who is HP authorized and they will pay for the repair. HP has always had me send laptops to them in the past.I did buy the 2-Year Protection Plan through Asurion because it does include accidental damage including spills. This is much better coverage than protection plans through Allstate (a company I despise for numerous reasons--Auto, Home, Protection Plans).Overall, I give this seller four stars. He did sell me a great computer at the best price but he wasn't helpful in other ways.

I bought this computer for my wife. Compared to my computer, has twice the RAM, same number of cores in the processor, same hard drive space, same screen size. Mine I had custom built by HP in 2020. This computer cost ½ what my custom built one cost. This computer is a great buy for cost, quality, functionality, capacity, speed, processor, RAM, hard drive. I highly recommend this computer.Turning of Windows 11 S-Mode is even easier now than mentioned above. You first have to go through setup when you turn the computer on. But once you are out of setup, go to the search box and type "activation", that will take you to the system setting for activation. There is a button for S-Mode. It asks you to go the Microsoft store. Another window opens with the "Get" button. Once you click Get, it permanently turns off S-Mode.

Nice lightweight laptop. Pretty powerful in terms of performance. Also has a touch screen. Good choice for work.

I had problems loading office and Tech Express took the time to get a product code for me and everything works great. Nice computer, I would highly recommend it for someone who wants a good laptop that doesn't cost a whole lot of money.

I finally broke down and bought this laptop after both my old desk top and finally my old laptop gave out on me. Both were over 10 years old. Being Windows 11, it has some great features and is much easier to get used to and use than I thought it would be. I especially like the idea, I was able to connect it to my phone and can use almost all of my phones features right from my computer.
