This is not weight adjustable. If you order 20 lbs you get 20 lbs. Also it will fit larger chests. The ai says its adjustable and only fits 45 inch chest. I have a 51 in chest and have room to spare. Ai is mistaken. Its easy to put on and very comfortable unlike a normal plate carrier etc. Worth the money but just wanted to let you guys know the ai is wrong on weight and size. Weight distribution is awesome and its the most comfortable weightvest i own. The open chest design allows room for cross bags and runners vests so theres nothing banging your hips. Great product

I’m 5’11 and weigh 189lbs I wish I got a heavier weight!! 12lbs is waaaaay too light. If you’re my size and want to feel the weight then I’d get a 20 or higher. I am also wearing two leg weights and still fear I need more weight but I already threw the packaging away other than that it’s super comfortable and easy to adjust! And material is very soft so it’s not uncomfortable at all or scratchy.

Opened today within an hour of opening I used while skipping took it off and the metal beads starting pouring all over my floor. Like the idea of it and will buy another one maybe not this one but felt good while using it skipping. Didn't feel good having to sweep up the mess and have to spend my free time boxing back up and having to take the package to Purolator it return it.

I bought this weighted vest to wear during my daily 10K steps, and it’s been amazing so far. I got the 20-pound option since this was my first time trying a weighted vest and I wanted to test how my body would handle the extra weight. Now that I know how it feels, I could’ve definitely gone up in weight — so next time I’ll upgrade for sure.Other than that, the vest is absolutely perfect.
