Been running this board for almost a year now. I'll start with the build (was just an additional system for my computer room). This mobo.64gb Acer Predator Vesta II CL30 PC5 6000Two Samsung 990 PRO SSD (2tb each)AMD 9800X3D cooled by ASUS ROG Strix LC III 360Powercolor Red Devil 7900XTAll thrown together in the SSUUP Xhuttle case - Air flow - Bottom / Front IN - Topside ExhaustThe board has been flawless. CPU, GPU and RAM speed / throughput has been clean, without issue and top speeds. The board has excellent RAM capacity, fit perfectly in the case and although I disabled the WiFi, I did run it for a few days and it functioned flawlessly with my ASUS ROG Rapture WiFi 6 AX Gaming Router (GT-AX6000).It was all purchased here on Amazon, so if you're in the market for a super solid, top end gaming rig, here's your shopping list. Unless you're doing mad overclocking, a whole lot of tweaking, the bells, whistles and features of higher model boards are literally throwing money in the fire, when you could use it for fancier fans, or cables, etc.Highly recommend this board, Can't go wrong.Pay attention to detail and you're golden. I've been building for 35 years now, and I'm still just as meticulous now as I was on my first build. It pays off in the long run.I'm attaching a few awful pics. I did not take any for this review, these were just a couple pics I snapped for friends who asked. Never intended to share them, but alas, it gives you an idea of what my list comes out to be.
This board is an excellent pick if you’re building a Ryzen 7000-based gaming or productivity PC and want modern features like WiFi 6E, PCIe 5.0 storage, and good overclocking potential. It’s not a ultra-high-end extreme board, but it's very well balanced. For the price, I'm very happy with the performance, design, and future-proofing.
First off — yeah, it’s marketed as a white motherboard, and mostly it is… but you do get some black undertones in the PCB and components. Not a dealbreaker, still looks slick, but if you’re going for that full white-out build, just know it’s not pure white like the newer revision that came out later (where even the base PCB is fully white). That said, it feels premium. RGB zones are fully customizable, tons of headers and connectors, CPU socket install was smooth, and everything from unboxing to setup felt like handling a high-end product. What you see in the listing photos is exactly what you get.Now the cons — and this is why I’m knocking off a star:1. The included Wi-Fi antenna is black. It just… clashes. For a board that leans into the white aesthetic, I was honestly surprised they didn’t throw in a matching white or at least gray antenna. Tiny detail? Sure. But if you’re building a color-themed rig, it stands out.2. No optical audio out. That really threw me. I get that digital audio is moving to USB and HDMI, but come on — this is a top-tier gaming board. If you’re running high-end speakers or older AV gear with optical input, you’re out of luck. And yeah, maybe I should’ve caught that in the specs, but still — feels like a strange omission at this level.Overall: it’s powerful, it’s pretty, it performs. But for a board this expensive, missing basics like color-matched accessories and optical out kinda takes away from the experience.
Bought new and got a totaly destroyed one ,it was new but somebody drove on it.
Quick and painless setup with multiple 5v jacks along the right side and bottom of the board for fans. Good setup for a glass case where you want to hide the wires as much as possible. Quality build and the solder job on the PCB doesn’t look bad. Had a few issues with drivers but eventually got it squared away.I like that it has so many M.2 storage slots for expanded storage (games are becoming massive)- PSA I did have an issue with games stuttering horribly because I had an Ethernet cable connected and the WiFi on my PC turned on at the same time so it was bouncing connections back and forth and disconnecting my controllers. Turned WiFi off and got a flawless gaming experience immediately.
Excellent
So to be clear: I bought the renewed/used like new version of this MoBo, and this is my experience. I've been using this motherboard for a few days now on a brand new build, and everything is working smoothly and without issue. I was able to boot into Bios easily and make all the necessary adjustments with no major issues. The Bios that it came with is from October so about 8-9 months old, but it still worked right off the bat with my Ryzen 5 9600x, which was my major question. I didn't want to have to do a Flashback immediately before getting things up and running. When I got the package, everything looked as it would have if it were new, except that the anti-static bag the Mobo came in was taped closed, not necessarily factory sealed, but that's sort of irrelevant. I *believe* that it came with all of the extras/accessories/cables but honestly if it did, I would have liked more. There weren't any extra screws, other than the M.2 clip-screw replacements, and there weren't any extra cables, which would have been nice. The manual was there and looked new, and is not a bad manual when it comes to explaining all aspects of the function of the motherboard and features. Speaking of which, the rear ports are a great selection on this mobo, plenty of ports, everything working as they should, and the quality of the board seems great. Another reason I bought this motherboard was the SupremeFX audio codec on board, which as far as mid-tier motherboards go, seems to be a pretty good on-board audio setup. So far, with testing on intricate songs like Steely Dan's Aja and Daft Punk's Touch, the sound is amazing, very clear, multi-layered, and no static-y edge that I was getting in the past.Overall, I think this board is a steal at $160 in 2025, and I am happy to report no issues with a "used" or "renewed" motherboard.I will update this review if there are any major failures or issues.
