08-03-2026I had to give a star to leave a review. I received the computer but was unable to setup. Amazon directed me to dell where was told the computer was purchased in Japan and its setup to be used in US. They said l would have to get the ownership changed. What people want do to get your money. Really sad.

08-03-2026I took a chance on this refurbished Dell all in one and it was bad news from plug in! The screen was glitcjing and you couldn't even maneuver the mouse. I had also purchased a warranty,which was useless since Amazon took back the computer. Since I am on a budget, the wait time to get the refunds from the computer and warranty was a hardship. I learned my lesson.
