This thing is definitely intense and worth the purchase used it as soon as I got it for 14 1/2 minutes on P1 and I can definitely feel that it’s gonna work after extended use overtime

I’m not sure if weight loss is something I can look forward to because it’s been too early to tell.I have low back pain which I’ve had for years. I’ve notice when my back is hurting the machine helps. Not sure why. The only thing I can think of it helps my back muscles loosen up. I just know so far it works to relieve the low back pain for a bit.I have notice that many times while I’ve been on the machine it has cause me to need to have a bowel movement. So if you’re someone that suffers from constipation, it might be helpful.

Great exercise machine but not the remote. The machine works great but the remote leaves something to be desired. Had to put the remote so close that I may as well had push the button on the machine

I have psoriatic arthritis, a multiple sorosis patient recommended one of these to me. PsA symptoms go away with movement, but it can be hard to get moving in the morning. I have limited space so an encumbrance bike wasn't an option and it's nice having something I can tuck under a bed or desk.This one runs a bit on the large size, which is great since I got large feet. The extra width is great since vibrations are stronger on the sides, hence the "strong, comfortable, relax" labels. It makes noise, for sure, but not much more than an exercise bike would. I suggest using this at a standing desk for some passive calorie burning while you do your own thing.My one complaint is that the pad on top is a much deeper light-grey, very different from the solid white on bottom.

Love this product. I have mobility issues and this helps my legs feel so much better. I use it setting in a chair, next step is to stand upand do it! It is some what loud but I enjoy it. Very heavy duty. Vibration levels are great! I would purchase agaib,

It's shocking how good this is for such a great price. Sturdy and good quality. Definitely recommend. I see a huge difference in my legs. I do squats on it and hold the chair/skier position on it. It gets fluid out of your legs too for people who tend to retain water, and gets rid of cellulite. A great combination to healthy eating, and exercise routine

So I got it May 27 today is June 12 and now when I get on it the top plate on one side tips down and I don't get even vibration out of both sides. So disappointed as I loved it for the first two weeks now I have to get a better built one
