This item provides pockets for when I either don't have any as with a tee shirt or for when I only have only one in a regular shirt. However I use this exclusively in order to prevent pens, phone, small note pad, business cards etc. etc. from falling out of a shirt pocket or it enables me to not have to stuff my pants pockets. It's relatively easy to put on and not all that visible if I have a jacket on. I tried other single catch-all's but they did not work for me. If there were more then 5 stars I'd give it more
