This phone was advertised as being in excellent condition, and it was delivered as promised, and the cost was less than half the cost of buying new. I was somewhat apprehensive about buying a used phone, but it looks and functions like a new phone, with fast responsiveness and outstanding battery life, and Amazon provides a 1-year warranty. I've had it for a few weeks, and so far, I am very pleased with this purchase. SOLD!

08-03-2026Phone was labeled as a unlocked phone, but when started it was not unlocked. The phone was asking for Verizon's unlocked code authorization. Returned the phone and ordered another one from the same vendor and it also was not unlocked! This happened twice!

08-03-2026It is perfect. I ordered "excellent" refurbished and the phone was basically new except for 1 very small scratch on the charging port. But other then that, this phone was amazing for being 300 dollars cheaper then getting a new one

08-03-2026Great phone, no issues. Dont really use the AI features. I bought 3 of these phones. 1 for me, and one each for my mom and dad, in their early 60s. Mom had no issues with the phone, she is a long time samsung user( the s7). Dad on the other hand. I dont know how many times I have had to factory reset his phone because he done did something to it and couldn't remember.
