This light is amazing, and the battery life is awesome. I just used it to work on my car after all of my other lights died out. Makes great quality pictures because of the adequate lighting.

The minute I took this LED video light into my hands I could tell it was of a lower quality than I was expecting. All plastic construction was the tip-off. Regardless, the LED array appeared good, plenty for close-up applications.It goes without saying that for this light to be useful, it has to be positioned correctly. The good news is, this light doesn't disappoint. Two mounting clips are provided, one that hangs over or onto an edge, and the other a pressure clip with a soft bumper cushion. But for me, the best option is the 1/4-inch threaded port that’s compatible with most tripods. There’s a port located on one of the long and short sides, giving the user two alignment options. And because the light is very light in weight, there should be few concerns about instability when mounted.There are n=6 different color temperature options ranging from warm white to cool white, along with a stepless brightness gradient wheel. This provides a range of lighting options. Considering the small size, the LEDs are in a fairly tight array. This is one of the advantages of the product. It carries a good illumination profile in a small package. It's easy to mount as I already mention, and easy to transport. You could put this in your pocket and forget it’s even there.Another advantage is the battery size. It’s 3,000mAh and that should nicely support the 3-10h working time spec that’s cited in the manual. Of course, the actually time will depend on the brightness setting. I noticed that the wattage is rated at 5W. But that's probably the total wattage for all the colors, not for any one setting. That alone should give users an idea of the light intensity limits.Overall, this is one of those products that will do the job it’s designed for, but with limitations. It will NOT broadcast light over long distances, or over a large area. Bottom line, it’s a personal size light source for individual use. And that’s how it’s being advertised. So if you purchase for that reason, you might just be very happy. As long as the 50% savings coupon that’s currently being offered remains live. To be clear, I would never pay the list price of $45.99. On the other hand, had the construction been metal with a more durable build, the current list price might be reasonable.The listing mentions a 1-year warranty. And that's always welcomed. But I didn’t see any mention of a warranty in the owner's manual. Might be worth the effort to contact the seller for confirmation. At any rate, considering the current discounted price, I guess this product is reasonable. I just wish the LEDs kicked out a bit more light.

Great for taking photo with it

This works very well. It has multiple brightnesses and light tones. It’s got a light on the front and the back of it and a dial to adjust brightness and the tone. It lasts very well. I’ve used it for hours at a time and I just charge it every once in a while and I’ve never had the battery die even after sitting unused for a couple weeks. I’ve only used the clip attachment but that works perfectly for what I need.

Extremely functional for the price. Like the clip. like that it can backlight too. Its lasted for month than a month now and thats a good thing. I like that you can change the lighting and intensity. Doesn't hold the charge the best, but easy to plug in and recharge. Holds the charge longer than expected. Have used it many times.

Simple, efficient, powerful and it has additional tools to ensemble on a tripod or a laptop screen.
