I was really happy with this ultrasonic retainer cleaner at first. It cleaned my retainers well and was easy to use. But after just a few weeks of use, it suddenly stopped working. I tried plugging it into different outlets and checking the power cord, but nothing worked. It's frustrating to spend money on a product that has such a short lifespan. I expected it to last much longer, and now I have to go through the hassle of returning it.

But the most important part is how amazingly clean it got my aligners! I was using the OAP and brush method recommended by my providers but even with spending several messy minutes each morning, the aligners remained a bit cloudy after months of use. I wish I’d have taken before and after pics. The first time, I lightly brushed them with OAP and then set them to clean in this machine and voila! Amazingly clear outcome. I can’t recommend this more highly to anyone with a few inches to spare of surface space and aligners. It saves time, cleanup and produces beautiful results. I haven’t tried with other objects like jewelry yet—but thinking it would be great, I just rather keep mine strictly for oral care cleaning.

Has 3 different modes and a noise level you can tell it’s running but not an obnoxious noise. Very small and easily fits on your vanity. Top part comes off of cleaner and is easy to clean. Make sure it’s dry all the way before putting back on the base. Has UV lamp that provides a good extra sanitation to anything you desire to clean. Lid has 2 sides that slide open so you can see inside. Good quality of machine for the multifunctional use it has. Very easy to use
