08-03-2026Yes, I am a guy, and I am not gay, trans, or a cross dresser. I have scoliosis of the spine and I have had pain from it all my life. In the last few years though the pain has increased significantly and driven me to start wearing corsets for 2-4 hours everyday while in my home as they give me significant all day relief. I am doing this under a doctor's care. While I am wearing a corset, I am unable to wear my regular blue jeans and I do not want to go around my house in just my underwear. I have found that skirts work well with my corsets and Avidlove skirts have become my favorite. This was my first purchase of this new design. First off, the skirt is definitely heavier than their other designs, but it doesn't matter. The material next to your skin is super soft, softer than anything else I have gotten from Avidlove. It is not see through at all. The lace definitely gives it a flirty look. It also seems that the front hangs a little lower than the rear, so I may try wearing it turned around. I usually get a large when buying from Avidlove, but the way they designed the waist of it makes me wonder if I should get a medium if I get another in the future. For reference, I am 5'11", 175 lbs and I have a 35" waist.

08-03-2026This skirt has the potential to be cute and adorable. Fortunately, I have prime and was able to experiment with different sizes. This skirt has what I would call very heavy material which makes it feel very thick. The waistband is very stretchy and I have found that this style of layered skirt tends to wear better in smaller sizes. That is especially true with this skirt because of the heavier material. The first skirt I tried was a size medium which slid easily over my hips. The skirt had a frumpy look as seen in the first photo. I re-ordered the skirt in a small and it looked 100% better. Of course the skirt gets shorter, but it does have a lining and it has a stretch waist so it can be pulled down if you are uncomfortable with the mini length.

08-03-2026This wasn't my fave fave- I feel it was almost there, and would have been much more comfortable if it had a knit interior short, like some of the other skirts / skorts I've bought from this brand.. the waistband ran a little tighter than some of the others, which made it ride up on me / was too short in length.Definitely cute if you layer over tights or leggings, I loved the look of this and wanted it to work, but it just didn't suit me as much as I hoped.
