Great phone. Bought one for my wife. Battery lasts and it's got a fast processor. Good value for the money. There is one important issue: if you are on T-Mobile network, you MUST set your T-Mobile apn's in the network settings for the Internet to work when not on wi-fi. Just look up the settings on Google. I've seen other people have Internet issues with this phone until they did this.
it lasted 4 months then the screen and digitizer stopped working, so not a good purchase.now its an expensive brickas a phone and a pro model it was very frustrating to use. i expected more.
Phone was no good. Would not register SIM cards, tried multiple cards, called T-Mobile who stated the issue is with the phone itself.
The phone boots as ASSURANCE wireless. The phones are VERY NEW any the IMEI (the phones personal identification) are not registered. First, let it transfer your files to your new phone. (You can use USB C-to-C cable or wireless transfer.) Much easier if you have WiFi or Hotspot. To make it work, go to your phones SETTINGS, then NETWORK, then INTERNET, then hit SIM and do what it says. Call your provider (the employees follow a script and have no clue what they are doing and may just tell you it won't work, but if you follow this, it should) If it still does not work, ask for a tech or supervisor with a common accent, and ask them to "Whitelist" your IMEI. To get the IMEI# just tap *#06*. These phones have two IMEI, choose the first one.It works great if you give it a bit of patience for setup. It may take a few swaps of the SIM card before you are finished. This phone would cost $100 more purchased in store.
I replaced my Revvl 6 Pro with 7 Pro because of the internet connection issue. The size wise they are about the same. However 7 Pro has a longer battery life, loud and refined speaker, and massive 256gb storage. The locking feature with sensor was lot more responsive in which 6 Pro was sometimes hit or miss. Under 200 dollars, there are no other phones offer like this one. Also, you may need an APN programming. Without it, your internet won't work. You can either go to a T-Mobile store or Google to program it.
It's a really solid phone for the price. It IS unlocked, you just have to manually est certain sim profile settings. I don't know about all providers but mine (mint) sent me a text to set it up with a step my step guide. I mention this because mint is on T-Mobiles network meaning you can get it to work on T-Mobile. Just takes like 5 minutes of extra set up.
The phone is beautiful, but the case and screen cover were busted up. I'm not sure how that is even possible when the box didn't have any damage. I've needed a replacement phone so bad and I'm not going thru the hassle of sending the case and cover back and waiting a week or more so I'll just purchase another.
We bought 2 of these a couple months ago. They replaced our old T-Mobile Revvl 5G phones that I think were the 1st generation and the batteries started failing. These have great battery life, take decent photos and were very easy to set up. Unlocked and ready to go we tucked them into a wallet style flip case and are loving them. Great phone at an exceptional price!
